The sea breeze is blowing on the balcony, looking at the small bay outside the window. It is very pleasant to drink tea and chat with the children after dinner.

The park facilities are excellent, and the toiletries in the rooms are of good quality. The afternoon tea and meals were also quite good. However, the overall service attitude and process were truly terrible. First, the receptionist at check-in was extremely unfriendly. Because surfing requires advance booking, and for various reasons my child had booked a surfing experience for 12 pm, when I went to the front desk to inquire about the check-out time being extended, the receptionist replied, ”It's 12 pm, and you still have a surfing appointment?!” I said, ”Excuse me, is there a shower area near the surfing spot? If not, my child can shower there after surfing.” Then we hurriedly went back to check out. The receptionist at the afternoon tea and restaurant kept passing us around, not knowing where to go for afternoon tea. There was no phone in the hotel room, making it inconvenient to even order a bottle of water. Also, the surfing experience voucher was practically useless, because my child wasn't a complete beginner, so the voucher in the room couldn't be used. If you have experience, you need to buy a new ticket, which costs 700 yuan for a one-hour lesson, so the voucher was ultimately invalid! Why don't we just go to the beach and have a private 1-on-1 lesson for 700 yuan! In short, I highly do not recommend this trip if you prioritize service! I'll never go there again!
