VveeeeeI want to give this hotel 10,000 likes, it is the favorite in Hainan. I am very happy to live. His service can be said to be the most in Wanning! Really feel at home! The waiters are thoughtful and meticulous, and the hotel also provides the most comprehensive service (can be comparable to the level of Japanese private hot spring hotel)! Starting from the car into the parking space, the door is introduced in time, luggage is transported, and the laundry is dried. I even washed the car for you! 😭 Unfortunately, I booked it for one night and collected it. I will book this hotel in Hainan next time. Believe me, after all, I am the one who sprayed the two luxury hotels in Haitang Bay, Sanya! In addition to the sea view of the room, it is very uncomfortable. Staff training is not in place.

HHutaoli*The room was very spacious, and as it's a new hotel, there were no strange odors. My only minor gripe was that the air conditioning didn't have a silent mode. However, my overall stay was excellent. Our butler, Alice, was incredibly responsive and attended to all our requests promptly. The hotel's location right next to the highway entrance made transportation very convenient, and despite being by the highway, there was no noise. I highly recommend trying their surfing service – coaches 11 and 16 were very dedicated and responsible. Even as a complete beginner who had never surfed before, I was able to stand up on the paddleboard quickly, thanks to their excellent coaching. I'll definitely be back to stay here again. Highly recommended!
