The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the room looks exactly like the pictures. As someone particular about pillows, I slept incredibly well. They thoughtfully provided two types of pillows, allowing me to choose the one that suited me best. The breakfast was also quite good. If you're looking to visit the bar street, this is the place to stay—it's only a 6-minute walk away, so convenient! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. ❤️

The Grand Hyatt was the highlight of our trip! 🏨 The ambiance is old-money elegant, and the decor is timeless and sophisticated – perfect for photos. Our room was spotless and odor-free, making for a supremely comfortable stay. Every staff member was warm, polite, and attentive, never just going through the motions. A special shout-out to Hamburger at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and even granted me a late checkout until 2 PM. This hotel is far superior to the Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort. I'll definitely choose to bring my kids here for our next vacation. Highly recommend! #GrandHyatt

Everything was great, except the price during Chinese New Year was indeed very high. If it were in the 800-1000 range, I think it would be a fantastic hotel. I really loved the environment; after seeing too much of the sea, experiencing tropical nature felt really refreshing and met my expectations. All the staff were very enthusiastic, and the shuttle service offered unlimited rides to nearby attractions. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Compared to the Westin I'm staying at now, I'd much rather be there; this place feels like a chaotic market with almost zero service.

Thanks to our butler Lexie for the thoughtful service!
We stayed at Le Méridien for two days, and my child still talks about it. Among all the hotels we stayed at during this Hainan trip, Le Méridien wasn't the most expensive, but it was definitely my child's favorite.
First, let's talk about the pros: The family activities were abundant and not just confined to an indoor play area. They had outdoor activities on the beach like drawing, games, feeding animals, catching chickens, and rabbit races. Being under the coconut trees kept it from getting too hot. As parents, enjoying these quality activities with our child while feeling the sea breeze was truly a treat – big thumbs up!
The room was also very spacious and close to the elevator, so we didn't have to walk far, which was great! Housekeeping was prompt, and the fridge was stocked with plenty of drinks. If we needed anything, we just had to tell our butler, which was very considerate. Breakfast was good too. Overall, a big thumbs up!
On the downside: Check-in was very slow, and we waited quite a while. The front desk asked me to register as a member, saying it would include breakfast. At the time, I wasn't thinking clearly and just scanned the QR code to register. Looking back, my booking already included breakfast, so it felt a bit like a trick...

Guest UserThis is a completely unadvertised review, purely based on my personal experience.
1. Location: The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few hundred meters from the Shenzhou Peninsula commercial street and very close to the beach. The complex itself is luxurious and clean, with a pleasant environment.
2. Spacious and Comfortable: The room is very spacious and well-laid out, without any feeling of crampedness. There's a large bathtub and a double vanity. The balcony is also quite large, with chairs and a small table where you can enjoy a drink. The sea view from the balcony is beautiful.
3. Service Quality: We stayed for two days. On the second day, we ran out of toilet paper and bottled water, and the owner personally delivered them. The service was exceptionally attentive and excellent.
4. The room layout is also very spacious, and the overall experience was great. The refrigerator was also very efficient.

Anonymous UserThe room wasn't as big as I expected; in fact, the rooms on the first floor seemed larger.
The hotel service was excellent; any issues were resolved immediately.
Every night, there's a complimentary sweet soup. I didn't try it, but the butler always informed guests it was available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Right outside the hotel is a street full of bars, including 216 Restaurant & Bar and Malt, all just a short walk away. It's a great way to spend time, just chilling there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby.
At night, the bars are incredibly lively and bustling – definitely a young crowd!

Its located about 1.7-2km from the railway station, some may need to get didi to bring you to the hotel. City centre, night market and the shopping centre is about 2km from the hotel too. The room is clean, hygenic and spacious. Cleaning lady did a thorough job. The hotel lobby staff are helpful, giving us some ideas and recommendation to the tourist hotspots. In Wan Ning, the various beaches (shen zhou ban dou, shi mei wan, ri yue wan) are 30km-60 km away from city centre. The hotel provides tasty Chinese breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, soy milk, buns, fen tang, porridge, noodle, fried vegetables etc). We had a wonderful stay here.

Everything is good, breakfast is also very good, but the room is a bit musty, maybe it's because of the damp weather, maybe it's because of the damp blanket, I hope the hotel can improve

韩森山在中国I stayed here for 5 days in the off season. Booked a single room, price was decent. The bed was comfortable, it had a desk for me to work during the day. There's a gym on the ground level that honestly has all the equipment I needed, a rare thing in these parts. The owner is from dongbei and was super friendly, he treated us to baijiu and frozen pears (dongbei). This was a great spot to chill out for a while and relax. I should probably mention that my Mandarin is pretty good. I met another traveller that could speak English but other than that you might need to whip out the ol goog translate. I needed to move on otherwise I would've stayed here longer, great place!

After reading many reviews, I chose this hotel. Before coming, I was worried about cleanliness and heard that the roads nearby were bad. However, upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised! The room was big and bright, especially the balcony, which was huge and offered a first-class sea view. Sitting on the balcony was a real treat. The surroundings were also very quiet and beautiful. The room even had its own washing machine, kitchen, and refrigerator, though there were no bowls or pots. It was completely worth the money. We arrived early, and the front desk staff immediately arranged a room for us. I don't know why some people said the roads were bad; the roads were perfectly fine to drive on. Perhaps they were referring to the parking lot road. The only downside is that there aren't many attractions nearby. However, if you're coming for the winter with a few families, it's quite good. Although there's no public transportation, it's easy to hail a ride right outside. The island's sightseeing buggy can also pick up and drop off guests to the bridgehead.
