Overall, my stay was fantastic. The cleanliness was top-notch, the room was spacious, and it was very quiet. The free breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's pets were incredibly well-behaved, especially the dogs, who were very friendly. The location was convenient, not too far from the beach at two kilometers, and renting a car right at the entrance was easy. Short trips by taxi or car were quick. The service was attentive, and the overall value for money was excellent.

This trip to Hainan was with my 70-year-old mother, and our first stop was the Westin Shimei Bay in Wanning. I booked a package that included many excellent services. What stood out was our late arrival at Sanya Airport on the first day, at 7:40 PM. The driver called us at just the right time, while we were on the airport shuttle bus. He mentioned we were his only guests that night, so he picked us up in a business van. He didn't wait until 9 PM to leave; we departed from the airport around 8:15 PM. The driver was experienced and drove very steadily, thumbs up! 👍 We arrived at the hotel around 9:40 PM. Check-in was smooth, and the concierge, a lovely lady, provided excellent service and even arranged a complimentary late check-out. I regret not booking more days this time; we didn't go anywhere else, just relaxed, swam, and relaxed some more at the hotel. I'll definitely come back for another vacation. The sea at Shimei Bay is beautiful.

Alicka Resort was absolutely stunning and incredibly photogenic! I booked it well in advance, and it certainly didn't disappoint. My whole family had such a fantastic time; we'll definitely be back! The hotel overall exceeded my expectations. The room was well-lit, impeccably clean, and the facilities were complete and functional. The staff were very kind and responded promptly to all requests. The surrounding area is very convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making dining and shopping easy. I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a self-service breakfast, and upon check-in, the staff even gave me a complimentary souvenir. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes' ride from the train station. There are shopping malls around it, which makes travel very convenient. The hotel service attitude is very good. The room is equipped with smart Xiaodu, which is very convenient and the children like it very much. The hotel's hygiene is to change after each guest, which makes me feel relieved. I will choose Hillyue Wanning Hotel next time!

I stayed here for 5 days in the off season. Booked a single room, price was decent. The bed was comfortable, it had a desk for me to work during the day. There's a gym on the ground level that honestly has all the equipment I needed, a rare thing in these parts. The owner is from dongbei and was super friendly, he treated us to baijiu and frozen pears (dongbei). This was a great spot to chill out for a while and relax. I should probably mention that my Mandarin is pretty good. I met another traveller that could speak English but other than that you might need to whip out the ol goog translate. I needed to move on otherwise I would've stayed here longer, great place!

Stunning sea views and direct beach access right from the hotel. There are plenty of water sports activities available. The prices are quite reasonable, and the service at InterContinental is very professional. They try their best to accommodate guests' requests and are constantly striving to improve. The service attitude is excellent. Highly recommend. I'll definitely come back again.

The explanation is professional and meticulous, warm and thoughtful, the tropical plant knowledge is vivid and interesting, the whole process is caring, the township sound is warm, the service is full, and the journey is super comfortable!

After reading many reviews, I chose this hotel. Before coming, I was worried about cleanliness and heard that the roads nearby were bad. However, upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised! The room even had its own washing machine, kitchen, and refrigerator, though there were no bowls or pots. It was completely worth the money. We arrived early, and the front desk staff immediately arranged a room for us. I don't know why some people said the roads were bad; the roads were perfectly fine to drive on. Perhaps they were referring to the parking lot road. The only downside is that there aren't many attractions nearby. However, if you're coming for the winter with a few families, it's quite good. Although there's no public transportation, it's easy to hail a ride right outside. The island's sightseeing buggy can also pick up and drop off guests to the bridgehead.
