4-Star Hotels in Guilin

I had a great time staying at this hotel! Everything feels brand new and super high-tech — they even provide an electric toothbrush, which was such a nice touch. You can control the aircon and TV with your voice, and the whole room setup feels smooth and modern. I booked a suite with a peaceful, green view. Some trees block part of the river, but I personally liked the added privacy and nature vibes. For my parents, I chose a 270-degree view room — it offers a much clearer view of the Li River. The room is slightly smaller than the suite, but the view is absolutely worth it. Before staying here, I actually stayed at a hotel near Elephant Trunk Hill (象鼻山). That area was super busy and noisy, especially during the holidays. Compared to that, this hotel is on the quieter side of the river and feels much more relaxing. There’s also a beautiful park right next to the hotel, which is great for morning or evening walks. The location is still convenient — you can walk to sightseeing spots easily. Plus, there are plenty of food options nearby, and delivery is super easy. What really made the stay memorable was the service. I’ve lived in China for three years, and this was honestly the best hotel service I’ve ever received. Everyone — from the front desk to the canteen to housekeeping — was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Only minor downside: parking is limited. If you’re driving during a holiday, you might have to look around for a spot. If you’re after comfort, smart tech, and warm, genuine hospitality — this is the place to stay!

The most friendly, most responsive, and most accommodating and helpful crew I ever encountered. When u needed a towel- they came within minutes without any reminder. When u needed help with booking a cab, they will book foe you and will personally bring you to the pick-up point (because it is not directly outside the hotel). I left my bag at the hotel after check-out. Didn't realised until I reached the station. They managed to help make arrangement and the bag reached me in time for me to board the train. The whole thing all settled within a very short span of time. They are super empathetic and they make yoi feel that they really put the customers at their priorities. It is a super enjoyable stay in Guilin-people are ALL super friendly in general. Will miss Guilin.

We loved this hotel! The service is excellent, the staff team is trying to make your stay comfortable. You won’t miss anything here. They even have a area where the kids can play and feed with rabbits. The room in which we stayed is spacious, clean and nice decorated. The breakfast is good, there are many choices. Hotel is at walking distance from the elephant hill trunk and two rivers and four lakes. Reed flute cave is approx. 15 min drive from hotel. Will come back here again!

Great location on edge of Shan Lake with twin towers. Top restaurant and roof top terrace overlooks Elephant Trunk Hill and towers in lake. Very close walk to pedestrian street where food stalls and markets are. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

My family had a wonderful experience at LiClouds Hotel. We arrived at 4AM and I made a mistake with my booking, but the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. He saw that we were tired and offered us water while we were figuring out what to do. I must say the customer service is impeccable! Whenever we asked for anything, they delivered it promptly and with a friendly smile on their face. Since I am travelling with kids, I value the cleanliness of the hotel and this hotel was definitely to my standard. It is a new hotel, so everything was brand new! There are spaces for parking if you plan to drive. If we visit Guilin, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Quiet and good location to the night market area. Easy check in. Close by a convenient store. Taxi can stop right in front of the hotel.

The hotel left only positive impressions! The view is absolutely stunning, especially in the evenings. Of course, it can get a bit noisy in the evening as guests enjoy their time on the premises, but the music shuts off exactly at 11:30 PM, and you can sleep peacefully. A very nice touch was when the reception gave us local delicacies upon our departure — it was an unexpected but very thoughtful gesture. Additionally, we forgot our Euro adapter, and the receptionist literally ran after us for about 7 minutes to return it. We were really touched by the attention to detail and care for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was very close to scenic attractions. Rooms were spacious for family of room. They clean and love the add amenities. Only gripe was the water leaked out to bathroom during shower, nothing a few extra towels could stop. Also the front street was going to construction so entry into hotel was a little difficult with big luggage. Other than the minor issues, I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Shan Lake and the Elephant trunk Hill, shopping and eateries. The hotel has a tour agency representative to arrange for the Lijiang Cruise and the fame Cave with magnificent stalactites and stalagmites, with return to hotel. Breakfast is acceptable, commensurate with the price

The hotel location and the city was a pleasant surprise. The area is bustling with activity and things to see. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and I noticed small details which were being addressed. The staff were helpful logging me into the internet because I didn’t have a local number. I would suggest giving your foreign guests printed information in English/other upon arrival so that important orientation details are not overlooked.
