WWangwangxiaolibaobaoThis hotel truly lives up to its recommendations! Even on a weekday during the off-season, there were quite a few people. The hotel environment is simply exceptional, and what's more, the dining is impressive – both the afternoon tea and breakfast exceeded expectations! The lobby doubles as a cafe and restaurant, offering views of the pool and Yulong River, plus the mountain scenery. Why bother going to another cafe when everything you need is right here at the hotel?
We arrived directly at the hotel entrance via a bamboo raft from the Yulong River scenic area. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, including one with an incredibly delicious beer fish. The room was absolutely fantastic, with two large floor-to-ceiling windows facing the mountain and pool, offering a superb view. You can step right out to the pool for a swim, making it very relaxing. Although the weather wasn't great, the misty, cloudy day actually added a unique charm. The toiletries were Acqua di Parma, and the scent was lovely, which shows the hotel's thoughtfulness. Hot water was instant, no waiting needed. Definitely a hotel worth revisiting!

GGuest UserThis hotel has excellent service. My only minor gripe is the lack of a mountain view, but honestly, when you're in Guilin, why stare at a view from your room when you can be out enjoying the riverside scenery?
The location is absolutely prime, right on the edge of Dongxi Alley, with Zhengyang Street in front. To the right, it's just a hundred meters walk to an underpass, and to the left, a few hundred meters brings you to the river. It's truly a uniquely advantageous spot. The hotel entrance on the street is a bit small and hidden, but a staff member contacted me beforehand to arrange pick-up. They offer afternoon tea, foot baths, and snacks – a really nice touch. The room was exceptionally clean, with unique furnishings and a distinctive aesthetic. Once the air conditioning was on, any humidity disappeared, making for a very comfortable night's stay.
Before I even headed out, the front desk informed me about the locations of various attractions, along with the best times to visit and suggested routes. Their attentiveness was exceptional. This is definitely a place worth staying at multiple times.

SSolo traveller 888I almost hesitated to write this review—purely for selfish reasons, because LS Hotel Yangshuo feels like a hidden gem you want to keep to yourself.
Service:
The service was outstanding. The team are incredibly helpful, innovative, and proactive. Even if you don’t speak Mandarin, they make everything easy by using translation apps to communicate clearly. They also coordinate via WeChat, which works very efficiently—just make sure you have it installed and verified before arrival.
Facilities:
The hotel offers a unique blend of a peaceful village setting with true 5-star comfort. The design and atmosphere are thoughtful and distinctive, giving you a novel experience that feels both authentic and luxurious.
Location & Transport:
Despite being in a tranquil rural area, transport is very convenient. Taxis are easy to arrange and reasonably priced, so getting around is not an issue at all.
Food:
The overall experience was excellent, and the setting enhances everything—including dining, which feels relaxed and in keeping with the surroundings. Daily fruits and Chinese desserts to the room.
Value:
Very reasonable pricing for such a high-quality and unique stay.
Overall, this is a rare find—a quiet pearl in Yangshuo combining charm, comfort, and exceptional service. I would absolutely return (though part of me still wants to keep it a secret!).

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, with views of the Yangshuo Ten-Mile Gallery from our room window. There's a pier less than a ten-minute walk away where you can easily take a bamboo raft ride, or you can borrow the hotel's bicycles to ride along the road and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hotel butlers were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making our family trip much more relaxed. The hotel's Chinese breakfast featured local specialty rice noodles, along with many other nutritious and abundant options, and the Basque cheesecake at afternoon tea was also delicious. Our booking included a photoshoot experience with Ethan Travel Photography; both the makeup artist and photographer were excellent. Even with the rain, the photos captured a misty beauty while full of ethnic charm. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Yangshuo!

The rooftop 'Sky Mirror' offers stunning panoramic views of the winding Li River – it's like a built-in filter for your photos, every shot looks professional! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to West Street, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. Plus, there's free parking, which is a huge bonus if you're driving.
They offer a complimentary buffet breakfast, and the rooms are spacious. I loved relaxing on the balcony sofa during the day, just unwinding and enjoying the mountain scenery, and then watching the sunset in the evening – it felt like time just slowed down. The room I booked even had a soaking tub, and bathing while looking at the mountains was incredibly relaxing! For anyone looking to escape the city for a bit, a weekend here is truly rejuvenating!

First of all, I would like to highlight the impeccable service. The entire team is incredibly kind, sincere, and polite — something that genuinely sets this hotel apart from large chain properties. There is a level of warmth and personal care here that is rare to find.
Upon arrival, we were kindly upgraded to a room with an even more stunning view, which made our experience even more special. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with breathtaking scenery all around.
What impressed me the most was how helpful and attentive the staff were throughout our stay. They assisted us with booking tickets for various activities and even helped with personal matters, such as handling orders from Chinese online marketplaces. Their willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference.
The hotel facilities are also excellent. I especially loved the complimentary experiences offered, such as the photo session and cultural activities — these added a unique and memorable touch to our stay.
The location is another big advantage: peaceful and tranquil, yet still conveniently close to major attractions like Ruyi Park. Despite being nearby, the hotel remains quiet and relaxing.
Overall, this is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yangshuo, and I will definitely be coming back again.

GGuest UserWe spent two truly relaxing days thanks to the most comfortable bed and pillows in China. My wife and I wanted to book some massages, and at the health club desk, Cici Zhao, Ador Chen, and the English-speaking staff member were extremely kind and professional, answering all our questions and giving us a tour of the facility. Then Kelly and her colleague gave us wonderful massages.
We had the pleasure of having lunch at the Shang Palace restaurant, where the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. All the staff were very helpful.

Having visited Guangxi several times, it wasn't until this honeymoon trip that I truly found my 'poetry and distant lands'!
The hotel boasts an elegant private courtyard. Stepping through the door, you're greeted by vibrant greenery. Sitting in the courtyard, brewing tea and chatting, time truly slows down, filled with a heartwarming sense of being at home. The restaurant on the sixth floor is the highlight, offering a 270-degree panoramic view of the karst peaks. After the meal, stepping onto the balcony reveals mountains adorned with golden rapeseed fields contrasting with the dark peaks – admiring the flowers and mountains, it's utterly delightful and refreshing.
The service was incredibly attentive. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were enveloped in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, making us first-timers feel so welcome. Although not far from the attractions, it's a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. We were surrounded by the sounds of insects and birds all day. Strolling through the countryside, every step offered a breathtaking view perfect for stunning photos. The green mountains are like painted brows, and the yellow flowers like a sea – it's beautifully dreamlike.
This trip was free from the fatigue of constant travel, offering only leisurely comfort. It's the ultimate Guangxi vacation in my opinion, highly recommended for anyone seeking a slow pace of life or a romantic honeymoon! ✨
