Versailles Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Railway Station Branch)

The room was clean and quiet. You can enjoy the view from upstairs during breakfast. There's a fantastic restaurant called 'Cui Zhu Xiao Chu' right across the street. All the scenic spots are accessible within a 20-minute electric scooter ride. They even turned on the air conditioning for us before we arrived, which was a nice touch.

Facilities: Very complete, has everything you need. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Quite good. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. I'll definitely come back next time.

Came to Yangshuo and stayed one night in Guilin, very satisfied! The service was incredibly warm and friendly, and the location was super convenient.

I stayed at the Guilin Versailles Hotel again, and it was great in every aspect. The breakfast restaurant is on the top floor with a wide variety of food, and you can even see the beautiful mountain scenery from afar. The room was meticulously clean, and the air conditioning cooled down very quickly. The hotel staff would greet me and say hello wherever I saw them, which made me feel very welcome. I'm very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time. Thumbs up!

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the train station, so it's not a hassle to walk with luggage. Getting to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area by taxi is also quick and easy. Plus, there are tons of restaurants in Tiexi residential area right across from the hotel, making both getting around and finding food super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. All in all, it was a great stay.

The hotel staff were amazing and sent me a very detailed guide to exploring Guilin. The hygiene was excellent, very clean. As for the service, I left something behind in the hotel and they promptly reminded me! Really great service, highly recommend.

All the amenities were great, and the kids absolutely loved the children's play area. The air conditioning was quiet, so I had a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep.

I chose this hotel this time because the front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Given the recent severe weather, they even helped me turn on the AC in my room half an hour in advance. The room was clean and tidy, and they offered laundry service, which was a huge plus. The high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect for work, and the restaurant was hygienic and clean. The security guards in the parking lot were also very friendly. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
