From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and they even arranged our airport drop-off for the next day right at check-in. Just a short, pleasant walk from the hotel is a delightful restaurant that serves really good Guilin beef noodles! The fresh ingredients and delicious flavors were a highlight of our stay that night, especially with the slightly spicy option we chose. We also enjoyed their dumplings! Conveniently, there’s a shop right next to the restaurant where you can grab drinks, snacks, and instant noodles. A thoughtful touch from the hotel was the breakfast bag they prepared for us, filled with fruit, bread, yogurt, and a sweet note. We really appreciated that! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and our room was fantastic—especially for the great price! In fact, it looked even better in person than in the photos. We highly recommend this hotel if you have an early flight out of Guilin or if you arrived late in Guilin and are heading to Yangshuo as the drive is very long.

Finally came to Guilin. This hotel is very close to the north of Guilin, just across the road. The room is very spacious and the environment is good. The bed is very soft. The boss is very nice and will also introduce the surrounding places. It is a bit regretful to come to Guilin this time. Didn’t go to the place, come back next time!

The room was very nice, the attitude of the front desk was also very good, and there was also an uncle who was very enthusiastic. The environment was also very good. In particular, the smart home appliances were also very easy to use. When I went to wash clothes, an uncle (light stripes) enthusiastically helped me introduce the location and operation. Sometimes I even called them very late, and they would help me get towels. The service was really in place, reflecting the enthusiasm of Guilin people. But in the end, when we left the parking lot, because we did not see the reminder that we needed to register when we parked, the brother who collected the parking fee (in blue clothes) charged us 4 days of parking fees. We were a little angry, but this was not the hotel's problem. The hotel might be able to add an extra sign, or inform every guest. In the end, the hotel also helped us solve it properly, but the face of the brother who collected the parking fee was really ugly. He charged us 60 yuan a day for 4 days of parking, but we stayed in the hotel for 5 days, and he had to charge us this money because we did not register. Later, the hotel should help us pay this fee. If there are so many such people in Guilin's hotel accommodation industry, then Guilin's tourism industry will not be able to develop. We originally wanted to file a complaint with the Municipal Supervision Bureau and the Cultural and Tourism Bureau, but in the end, since the hotel helped us resolve the issue properly, we let this guy off the hook. We hope that he will not cause any trouble to the hotel in this way in the future.
