This hotel is a traveler's dream—perfectly located just steps from Elephant Trunk Hill, making it effortless to explore Guilin's iconic sights! The staff went above and beyond, arranging the package delivery too. Our room was spotless and surprisingly spacious, featuring modern comforts like a super-efficient aircon and ultra-fast WiFi. With its unbeatable location, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail, this is hands-down the best place to stay in Guilin!

Location cannot be better for Elephant Trunk Hill as the hotel has a private staircase to walk right into the park. It is only 15 minute leisure walk along the river to Zhengyang road for a crazy selection of street foods. We got a free upgrade to the garden room right next to the rooftop garden where we spent some time with our takeaway local dessert, watching the lighting and rain one evening!
The room includes a free package with a photographer who was very polite and gave us lots of tips for nice pictures. There was a misunderstand of booking time so they gave us a free edited video too.
There was also free self service laundry if anyone needs their clothes washed.

The hotel is located just a stone throw away from the Elephant Trunk Hill, surrounded by eateries nearby. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room were clean and comfy. Their breakfast spread was quite average, but they do offer complimentary tea time with selection of tea and small snacks.

Really clean and convenient. The location is next to the tourist attractions and close to the local market. The staffs are super nice, helping to carry the bag and try to communicate in English :) The shampoo and shower gel smells so good. Recommend this place.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Elephant Trunk site and it really is just about 5 minutes by walk. Overall, not too bad at all, its greatest strength is the roominess. Amenities were alright, I liked the hairdryer, and in one of our four rooms there was proper capsule coffee provided. It is also close to coffee shops and a really good local noodle shop. The only problem for me was that we had elderly and they have to walk up the stairs to reach the lobby, and that was not made clear in the hotel introduction. I think it would be quite necessary to indicate accessibility facilities.

- rooms are large and clean. Suitable for families. We got upgraded to an even larger room.

We stayed here for 3 nights, from 27-30 Nov, our longest for the 15 days Guangxi trip. We booked here cos it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. There is more effort to maintain the non-smoking rule but there still lapses. Some staff are understanding and make and effort while others are pretty nonchalant, with one trying to argue with my wife that the guests can smoke in the lobby. The room is fine and there is free afternoon snacks in a nice lounge. Location is quite centralised with some eateries nearby. Breakfast prob 2nd best for this trip with coffee available. There is no lift so a llttle bit of stairs climbing to reach the reception and rooms.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Although we arrived late, there was someone still working at the tourist counter inside the hotel where we could book a driver and a day trip for the next day. We had a great time exploring the Longji rice terraces. Would recommend.

Very good location just near Elephant Hill and not so far from other beautiful places in the town.
The suit is rather big and cosy. More pleasure that they offer additional tea and sweets as a compliment
