Beijing Zhong'an Hotel ( Near metro,Tian'anMen,Forbidden City. tourism service)

Me and my friend stayed 2 days. The service was good and stuffs were very nice. Breakfast was cheap and delicious. The atmosphere was very cozy. He is the security maybe ☺️

Our ground floor family room comprised two linked areas with a king-size bed in one, and a double bed in the other. It was a bit damp and there was a strange smell, possibly due to the damp. There were no windows in one of the bedrooms and the other one had a window that looked out onto the wall of another building half a metre away. Some of the furniture was fallong apart. Both the adult and child bedrooms had a "minions" theme which was a little eccentric, and water-stained 1950s wallpaper. I think the rooms in the main block might have been more pleasant, and we were perhaps limited by our requirements - my teenage daughter did not feel comfortable in a separate room on her own. However the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Each room had a huge TV. The staff were, on the whole, friendly and most spoke a little English which I was grateful for. The hotel itself has an interesting history and that made the stay worthwhile on its own. The breakfasts were adequate.

Awesome place! They have a nice seating area with and vending machine where people, especially solo traveler can meet. Rooms are nice and it’s not far to the metro. The restaurant has very good quality and gives you 30% discount as a hotel guest

The staff are friendly and speak English well. They’re very helpful in arranging activities and reservations. The food at the restaurant is excellent. Well done guys. When arranging a didi or taxi make sure it is done ahead of time as the location of the hotel causes cars to be crowded.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was great, the staff were so helpful. There is no elevator, but the staff brought my luggage up to my room and back down when I checked out. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff there was amazing. Liz remembered something I had said the very first night and reminded me of it when I returned for dinner on night 3. I also witnessed her helping another guest with their child so they could eat breakfast. Overall, a really great stay and I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beijing. The room was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The staff was excellent throughout my stay — always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality really made me feel welcome. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. I also really appreciated the hotel restaurant, where I enjoyed several meals during my stay. The food was absolutely delicious and very convenient after a busy day. The location is also perfect, with two metro stations and a train station nearby, making it incredibly easy to get around Beijing and explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing. Great service, comfortable rooms, excellent food, and a fantastic location made my experience truly enjoyable.

The hotel itself was very clean and decent. We were expecting coffee in our room, but you have to go downstairs to a coffee machine or get your own coffee sachets and milk. If travelling as a family with children or require a wheelchair note that there are no lifts. The courtyard was lovely to relax in the afternoon and the buffet breakfast hit the spot. Perfect for backpackers, not so much for family Have no photos of the hotel itself, but here’s some snips of Beijing :)

Wonderful place to stay. Our room was lovely and clean and didn't smell like cigarettes. Excellent front desk staff who do their best to help with everything. No matter the language (from what we observed). The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. Fabulous location. We Cycled EVERYWHERE!!! New Zealand.
