Guest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! This was my first time visiting, and I didn't get lost trying to find the hotel at all 😭 You don't even have to go downstairs from the subway station; you can just enter the hotel directly from the second floor, saving you from any detours. I had originally booked another hotel for my departure day, but because this hotel is so convenient for taking the subway to the airport, I decisively canceled the other booking and extended my stay here! It's just a few minutes' walk to the shopping street, where you can browse various souvenir shops, drugstores, and even Don Quijote. I also managed to check out Ichiran Ramen while I was there! The toiletries were incredibly thoughtful – they had everything from facial cleanser to exfoliating towels, and I was pleasantly surprised to even find hair essential oil. Overall, it was a great value and highly recommended.

Very clean and stylish, with lots of programs on the TV. There's also a bathtub, and it offers great value for money. However, there aren't any convenience stores nearby; you might have to walk a bit to find one. Overall, it's good, and the outdoor pool is absolutely beautiful.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located. It is opposite a big bus terminal and easy to get to/from the airport. There are many eateries nearby.
Room cleaning is done every 3 days. However hotel will provide clean towels and water everyday. Additional cleaning comes with a fee.
There is a public bath which can be very crowded in the evening. We had to queue sometimes.
Breakfast buffet offers variety which is nice. Our room has a good view and we find the staff helpful and friendly.

The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants.
Service Issues
• Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway.
• Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive.
Room Quality
On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

KiongjI love the stay at Mecure Okinawa Naha. The hotel is conveniently located with the train station outside the hotel. You can take the train to Kokusai Dori conveniently.
There are also family mart and Donki just 5 mins walk away from the hotel.
Hotel is king size bed and well maintained, clean and non smoking
Definitely will visit this hotel again in my next Okinawa trip.

Mela ChengThe hotel's location is excellent, with many convenience stores nearby and a 24-hour AEON supermarket within walking distance.
However, the room was not very clean, and the bedsheets were not changed daily. The curtains were too thin, so the room became very bright early in the morning, which affected my sleep.
The restaurant is quite small and offers limited food choices. In addition, the breakfast price of 3,300 yen is rather expensive considering the selection available.

Anonymous UserFor a solo traveller, I am very glad to have chosen here for my 6 nights stay. The Omoromachi station is 3 mins walk away and made my traveling so much easy. I could even board a bus that goes to American village. And I honestly like the washing machine and dryer here. Per wash is 200 Yen and dryer is 100 yen per 30 mins.

GraceLcmWe arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about.
However, the service was quite disappointing.
We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise.
What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary.
After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had.
Just sharing our experience.

The hotel is located in the city center, right next to a sports stadium. The elevated highway nearby can be a bit noisy due to heavy traffic. The hotel has its own parking, but the fee is a bit expensive at 1500 JPY per day. Overall, it offers medium value for money.

The hotel is just one stop away from Naha Airport (TK2) and a 7-8 minute walk. Be warned, there's a big hill, so it can be a bit challenging with luggage, but fine if it's not raining. The closest Yui Rail station is Kenchō-mae, about an 11-minute walk. The 3rd floor is the smoking floor, with all other floors being non-smoking. If you book late, you might only get a smoking room. I stayed in rooms 1113 and 435 – 11th floor definitely offers better views and is quieter, so I recommend booking there. I didn't think the breakfast was worth it; the buffet lunch, which starts at 11:30 AM, is better value and tastier. There's no welcome drink in the lobby, nor a public bath or hot spring. They do offer free luggage storage. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is a better schedule than traditional Japanese hotels – highly recommend! The picture is of the buffet lunch on the first floor.
