The rooms are clean and spacious, and the employees are very kind and friendly.
You can walk to Naminoue Beach and Naminoue Shrine, and there is an AEON supermarket next door that is open 24 hours a day.
The surrounding area is a questionable hotel area, but we were able to check in as a mother and daughter (adults) in the middle of the night and stay for just one night, and we were satisfied with the stay as we were able to stay at a very reasonable price.
I checked out the next day and moved to a hotel with a pool and public bath.

THIS IS AN HOURLY HOTEL. Only stay here if you want the company of ***********, escorts, pimps and young lovers. I booked because it is close to beach and described as good for family. This is NOT a good environment for children. Hourly rates are listed outside and at reception desk. Advertisements in elevator are for vibrators. The hotel description is wildly inaccurate and should describe itself for what it is.

A pillowcase that seems to have been used by a previous guest? It seemed like I had forgotten something while cleaning and left it on top of the microwave.
The bed was two single beds pushed together, but it was no problem at all for sleeping. Outside terrace? It hadn't been cleaned at all, and there were piles of cigarette butts and crushed alcohol cans lying around everywhere. There were a lot of ants walking around the room, and I felt really bad as they were walking into my carry case. It was cheap and I only went back to sleep, so I stayed there for two nights and didn't have any problems. However, I think it would be better if they put a little more effort into cleaning.

I think this hotel was probably originally a love hotel, but was renovated and now operates as a regular hotel.
I was happy with that, including the low price, so I made a reservation.
The room was spacious, and there were no major issues with hygiene. However, the hotel (and the private rooms) had a slightly cheap, perfumed smell, which was a bit strong from check-in to check-out. There was a free water vendor in the hallway, but when I tried to drink the water, I could smell the hallway, so I stopped drinking it. If the smell could be fixed, my review would probably change, but at this point I won't be using it again.

The toiletries are self-service, placed in front of the front desk, and they don't have brushes, so when I asked, they said they were out of stock.
The faucet in the bathroom shower was starting to come off, and the toilet was getting clogged (although it was fixed).
It was very comfortable the last time I stayed there, but I won't be staying there again.
