GGuest UserThe staff were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier with the lady downstairs, she was very patient and used a translation app to communicate with us. However, the app wasn't very accurate. When we went upstairs to check in, it turned out there was a ********* person at the front desk, which was great. Still, we had to wait quite a while to check in, even though there was no one else at the desk at the time. The room was pretty spacious, and everything else was fine. The location is also quite convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is good. After checking in, it was past 3 PM, so we went downstairs to eat. The server asked if we wanted the restaurant or cafe. When she gave us the menu, we realized we only had about five or six minutes before lunch orders closed, but they still took our order! The set meal and the beef rice bowl were both really delicious. Definitely worth trying if you're staying here.

PP¡P€First time in a capsule hotel, and it was better than I expected! Super clean, friendly staff, and I loved the public bath (close for cleaning during 10 AM - 4 PM: hptel c/o | c/i time) Guests can grab coffee/tea in the lounge and there's 24/7 drinking water. They even have amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and shaving kits at the front desk. Plus, they provide pajamas, so you can just bring your luggage for shopping and not worry about packing PJs. Overall, I'm really happy and would totally stay here again next time.
FYI: The private and deluxe rooms offer more privacy.

SSelinaLiThis is an artistic hotel. The visual impact upon arriving at the second floor from the parking lot is quite striking. The rooms are industrial in style and lack bottled water. There were only two people at the front desk. The lighting in the room was very dim. Breakfast was decent. Since it's close to the pier, it gets noisy from 9 AM with boat horns, and there's a slight smell of gasoline. Other than being near the pier, the location isn't particularly special, but it's fine if you have a car. Overall, I'd give it an 8/10, so I wouldn't particularly recommend it.

AAnonymous UserThe room is on the smaller side but still functional with a work desk/table. The location is right across the road from the Naha Bus Terminal and the Monorail station so is very convenient for those arriving or departing by bus or plane. It is also within walking distance to the main shopping street Kokusai-dori so the hotel is a good base for a short stay to explore Naha. Water is not provided by the hotel and the front desk is open until 10 pm. There is a decent number of restaurants and stores nearby for anything you need.

RRufengPros: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were decent, good for kids. It's not too far from Kokusai Dori, Naminoue Shrine, or the monorail station. Breakfast was okay, and there's a smoking room on the first floor. The hairdryer and toiletries were quite good.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I also distinctly felt that the front desk staff showed more patience when assisting Western and ********* guests compared to guests from mainland China (even when mainland Chinese guests were equally well-behaved). Of course, the front desk still maintained a Japanese standard of service, but the difference was noticeable.

GGuest UserHoshino City Business Hotel: The interior decor and layout are very consistent. For a room type designed for three people, it's a bit cramped. They offer city tours and local cultural exchange activities. If you're looking to break away from the typical Japanese business hotel experience, this is definitely worth trying.

AAnonymous UserIt’s surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasn’t much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said it’s too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.
