"The hotel itself is okay, and the rooms are decent, but the annex building is inconvenient and feels almost desolate. You’re told to walk two streets away to a separate building with only a tiny map — it feels strange. The annex is rarely staffed, offers minimal amenities (towels only, house cleaning every four days), and anything else, like slippers or cotton swabs, comes from a paid vending machine.
The bigger problem is the location: the annex is right next to bars, clubs, restaurants, and even barbecue spots, so it’s quite noisy at night. Even as a heavy sleeper, I was frequently woken, making it hard to get proper rest.
Budget travelers may see this as cheap, but if you’re relying on buses and trying to save money, you’ll already be tired from traveling. It’s better to stay a little further from the nightlife to actually get a proper night’s sleep. Staff are polite, but policies, location, and lack of included amenities make it hard to recommend unless you just need a very basic place to sleep."

Their rooms were equipped with washer and dryer. The hotel is so new and clean. The wives were amazed by the dressing table with lighted mirrors. The kitchen even equipped with utensils and cutlery and everything was so clean. Location was also excellent. The owner was super friendly and gave us coupons for the parking.
some suggestions: we were only provided with one set of keys so the 2nd person couldn't even go into the building without password or key to the gate.Holder of Shower sprinkler was not near the bath tub but away on the other side, not sure if this is JP standard. Rest was impeccable!!!

"The hotel is a bit of a walk from the monorail station, but there are convenience stores and shops along the way, so it’s actually a nice stroll. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom had a very strong musty smell that didn't go away even after leaving the exhaust fan on all day. One thing worth noting is that the back balcony has security bars installed. While this is great for preventing break-ins, it also means that in the event of an emergency, the escape route is completely blocked."

Service Issues
• Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway.
• Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive.

Cleanliness: Cleanliness is generally good in Japanese hotels.
Area: It's about a ten-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, along the river. Taxis are easily available, and there's a convenience store downstairs.
Service: The service is hard to describe. I arrived from another hotel that day and checked in late, and the hotel didn't contact me in advance. I called at 7 PM and was told I'd check in around 8 PM, but luckily I made it before the front desk closed. I couldn't understand a word of English, and even with the translator, I couldn't make a single sentence. The courier gave me the code for the self-service key locker, and I tried desperately to memorize it. However, upon arriving at the hotel, there was a door that required a key. The number at the front desk couldn't be reached, so I contacted Ctrip. Haha, I figured it out on my own. About twenty minutes later, an elderly couple arrived, and we all got in. I tried the codes for about ten key lockers one by one, but luckily, I got through to door 5.
The key was very old, connected to the main power switch for each room. If someone goes downstairs to buy something, the person staying in the room will have to turn off the power in the dark... If they don't have their keys, they can just enter the building.
You say it's safe, and it's quite safe... but it's not very convenient. For value, forget the bike.

Llauyi_travelThis hotel is located at the end of Kokusai Street, just a 1-minute walk from Makishi Station, which is incredibly convenient. The ground floor of the hotel smells wonderful, making for a very pleasant first impression. The check-in counter is on the second floor; you just take the elevator up. The lobby offers free beverages and coffee. While you can't eat in your room, there's a spacious lounge area in front of the counter where you can dine, with plenty of tables. The rooms are single occupancy and generally quiet at night, though some guests tend to close their doors loudly, which can be noticeable. Each room also has a TV, but with volume restrictions, so you won't hear sound bleeding from other rooms. Overall, I would personally stay here again.

MMoTSCleanliness: I rarely give a bad review for cleanliness in Japanese hotels, but there were a couple of issues here.
1. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a piece of plastic trash under the bed that hadn't been cleaned.
2. The bath towel had a black stain.
Aside from the cleanliness, everything else was generally very good. The hotel is quite new, and the quad room was spacious enough. It's also a short walk to Kokusai Dori. The service attitude was good too.

GGuest UserThe staff didn't speak much English, which caused a problem at check-in. I had to call Trip.com Korea to sort it out, and check-in was delayed by over 30 minutes, but I never got a clear explanation for the issue.
Overall, the hotel is clean, and the room size is decent. It was great to have a convenience store nearby. There's a large public bath, but it's more of a regular bathhouse than a hot spring. Guests can use it for free, but note that the lockers are not free.

TthesiaoonetravelsHotel is located in the more residential part of the city in Asahibashi - it is about 8-10 mins walk from the monorail, which is fine if you aren't carrying large suitcases or if the weather holds up.
Still, the hotel has a 7-11 conveniently located opposite it, and a Lawson (+ another 7-11) less than 2 minutes away.
I stayed in the new wing, where the check-in desks and lobby workspace is located. If you can, get the breakfast with your stay - they offer a selection of Okinawan dishes for breakfast.

GGuest UserI stayed here with 6 friends on a trip. It was very clean, and the room was spacious, which was great. However, checking in was difficult and getting into the room was a real hassle. I didn't know the password and had to call multiple times. The room itself was good, so I think it would be even better if that check-in process could be improved.

There is a supermarket nearby that is frequented by locals, and the prepared foods there are cheap and delicious.
You have to walk a little from the bus stop, so
I wouldn't say the location is very good,
but there is a parking lot at the hotel and a car parking lot nearby,
so it's even better if you have a car.

GGuest UserI booked a single room for women on the fourth floor, which has its own female-only bathroom. Other floors are mixed-gender, and showering requires going to the main public bath.
On my first night, a male staff member at the front desk assigned me a room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the area around my room was predominantly male, making it very awkward to come and go or use the restroom. I spent the entire night listening to coughing, as the soundproofing wasn't great, and the room felt stuffy even in winter.
The next day, a female staff member was on duty. After asking her to move me to a female-only room, my sleep quality and bathing experience improved significantly.
The room had a mini-fridge, but it wasn't very cold. The wardrobe had a number lock for securing luggage.
For vegetarians, this location is very convenient, with at least two vegetarian restaurants within a 3-minute walk.
