The biggest advantage is its proximity to DFS; you can just wake up and go shopping. There's also a mall directly across the street, making dining very convenient. There are two Daiwa Roynet Hotels Premiere nearby, so when taking a taxi, tell the driver it's the one with a 7-Eleven downstairs. The lobby offers complimentary coffee and skincare samples. If you need room cleaning, you must place the cleaning sign on your door before 10 AM; otherwise, cleaning service won't be provided. The bathroom features a three-part design with a bathtub. Overall, the location is good – quiet yet central – and it's very clean and comfortable."

"This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Kokusai Street, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience store right downstairs – super convenient! We booked a triple room for two, and it was incredibly spacious. We could easily lay out two 28-inch suitcases flat. Just a heads-up on the cleaning: the hotel doesn't clean daily. If you stay for five days, they only clean on the middle day, so you'll need to keep an eye on the room's cleanliness yourself. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided, but not replenished daily; they're only replaced on the third-day cleaning. Overall, it's still good! The location is truly excellent, and the air conditioning works really well! Plus, they even gave us three room cards, which was a nice bonus!"

I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. The room was okay—simple but comfortable, and it had a large bed which was great for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a few inconveniences. The TV remote control was in Japanese, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone not familiar with the language. Another downside was the parking situation. There was no free parking available, so I had to pay for the car park each day, which added to the overall cost of the stay. While the room met basic expectations, a few small improvements could have made the experience much better."

"The hotel is clean and nice, in a good location. The rooms are smaller, but since I was alone, it was not a problem for me. The hotel is 2 minutes from the monorail station and 5 minutes from the main bus station of Naha. You can also reach the center of the nightlife with a short walk. An additional advantage of the hotel is the Donki store on the ground floor which is open until 3am so you can always buy something if you need it. The rooms have a washer and dryer, which is also very convenient for longer stays."

"The location is super convenient; it's a five-minute walk from Asahibashi monorail station, and getting here from the airport is quick. Across from the hotel is the Naha Bus Terminal, making it easy to go anywhere – we even took a bus from there when we switched to our resort hotel later. Although the room was over 20 square meters, it felt a bit cramped, possibly due to the low ceiling, but that's typical for city hotels in Japan, so I can't complain too much. The room had a natural wood style and was generally tidy, but the sofa by the window was quite dirty with suspicious stains. Also, I booked the room very early, but ended up with a third-floor room directly facing the parking garage, which offered poor privacy and views. When I went downstairs to speak with the front desk, I was told it was a pre-assigned room and couldn't be changed. Oh well. The highlights of the hotel are the rooftop bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the ground-floor restaurant where you can buy a three-hour all-you-can-drink package, a definite win for alcohol enthusiasts."

2. The hygiene is really poor; there's dust everywhere, and the bed sheets are yellowed...
3. What I'm most dissatisfied with is the soundproofing: the mini-fridge in the room is incredibly noisy, and the corner room I booked was assigned to the lowest floor, which was terribly loud with constant thumping and banging sounds every day. Even with earplugs, it was still very noisy!
4. No drinking water was provided; who wants to go to the hallway to get water? Do they think this is a university dorm? When returning to the hotel at night, the staff standing at the entrance completely ignored guests coming in, hah...

Breakfast had a great variety, and the Chinese-style options were very satisfying.
Facilities: The only downside was that the city hotel pool was too small; it felt cramped.
Service: Excellent! Warm and welcoming, made us feel right at home.
Cleanliness: We pushed the two small beds together and found absolutely no blind spots for dirt; everything was very clean.

GGuest UserI urgently needed to find a hotel and heard there was one at Naha Airport, so I booked here. Even though I'm over 170cm tall, I could comfortably stretch my legs in the capsule. It had a TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and an outlet, making it a very comfortable place to sleep! The amenities were also excellent, with about six male-only shower rooms fully stocked with shampoo and even shaving supplies! The washrooms had hairdryers, cotton swabs, cups, and individual seats for over six people. There was also drinkable water, which I had after my bath. It's a great place, and I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Okinawa! Upon check-in, I also received a DOUTOR meal voucher! I booked this stay through Trip.com.

We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected.
For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use.
The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip.

Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent.
Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.

JJiangbiandewuThe room was definitely the highlight of this trip! The room layout at Novotel Okinawa is much better than in Hong Kong, compact and well-designed. I'm not sure what it's usually like, but since it was New Year's Eve during my stay, it was probably crowded. Breakfast wait times were long, and the service speed and food quality felt a bit subpar. For peak season, the room rate and service didn't quite match up!

IImmanuel WangAlthough the location is in a weathered area, it does not affect safety at all. On the contrary, it is very lively. The room is quite adequate and there is a dryer. The room design is good. You can watch TV while taking a bath. The only thing you should pay attention to is Yes, it is a self-service check-in. There are two tablet computers at the small door after entering the entrance. Please note that they do not have a counter. Don't go to the restaurant at the entrance to ask, they will not be happy.
