"There were two bubble shows, from 17:00-17:15 and 20:00-20:15. The pool was also nice, and the room was very clean, though Japanese hotel rooms are typically compact. Breakfast was quite exquisite; although the selection wasn't vast, every dish was meticulously prepared and delicious."

"While my stay here was OK it’s a capsule hotel. It has a nice sauna and spa kind of area which is good for guests. I locked my case in the upstairs bedroom area where other people were looking at their case and when I came back, my case was open. I was very disappointed to feel that other guests may have gone through my things. It’s still basically a hostile so be careful when you’re traveling. You can leave your suitcase down at the front desk. Remember to takeoff your shoes when you enter. The staff were very helpful."

"We stayed in an 8-person room. It was just as spacious and clean as the photos. There was a washing machine in the room, so it was great that we could do everything from our laundry without having to go outside. We also wanted to rent a bicycle, but it had to be reserved the day before. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Our kids really enjoyed it. We hope to stay with you again when we visit Okinawa."

"Upon check-in, we were informed of the hotel's detailed rules, but after that, it was very relaxed and quiet. We appreciated being able to access the hotel elevators directly from the hallway without having to go through the lobby. The hotel's flowers were also beautifully in bloom. Thank you!"

"The hotel was not hard to find and the room was not too bad for two people but i must say the shower room was too small and the sink. Also if u plan to stay long I recommend to go to a Dollar Store or 100yen shop because they dont have other amenities like spoon, fork, plates, scissors etc. they have coffee maker but the coffee you have to buy it at the lounge it cost 200¥. What i liked is that they have 2 washing machines and dryers and they come up with Detergent soap and Fabric conditioner. Also if you guys are renting a car the hotel provides a parking but for 1,500¥ per night. We did not avail it though we used the Times parking which was 550¥ for 12hrs and me and my partner did a lot of traveling so it was worth the price of the parking. The rooftop we did not try because it was closed when we went. There were staffs were so nice tho. Thank you!"

"Pros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area. The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here"

"As soon as I checked in, I felt it was super clean and bright. There were food heating and drinking water facilities, which I must praise first. However, this time I lived on the fifth floor and close to the door. There were too many roommates, and the sound of opening and closing doors and packing luggage in the middle of the night and early morning was really noisy. I was woken up twice in the middle of the night..."

"The location is super convenient; it's a five-minute walk from Asahibashi monorail station, and getting here from the airport is quick. Across from the hotel is the Naha Bus Terminal, making it easy to go anywhere – we even took a bus from there when we switched to our resort hotel later. Although the room was over 20 square meters, it felt a bit cramped, possibly due to the low ceiling, but that's typical for city hotels in Japan, so I can't complain too much. The room had a natural wood style and was generally tidy, but the sofa by the window was quite dirty with suspicious stains. Also, I booked the room very early, but ended up with a third-floor room directly facing the parking garage, which offered poor privacy and views. When I went downstairs to speak with the front desk, I was told it was a pre-assigned room and couldn't be changed. Oh well. The highlights of the hotel are the rooftop bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the ground-floor restaurant where you can buy a three-hour all-you-can-drink package, a definite win for alcohol enthusiasts."

AAnonymous User1. The location is indeed very convenient, and it's one of the few hotels in Okinawa with a somewhat stylish decor. But besides that, it's absolutely useless; purely paid for deceiving photos. 2. The hygiene is really poor; there's dust everywhere, and the bed sheets are yellowed... 3. What I'm most dissatisfied with is the soundproofing: the mini-fridge in the room is incredibly noisy, and the corner room I booked was assigned to the lowest floor, which was terribly loud with constant thumping and banging sounds every day. Even with earplugs, it was still very noisy! 4. No drinking water was provided; who wants to go to the hallway to get water? Do they think this is a university dorm? When returning to the hotel at night, the staff standing at the entrance completely ignored guests coming in, hah...

PPinnaonaoThe location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Kokusai-dori Street, and the Makishi Market is also very close, offering plenty of convenient dining options. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Chinese-style options were very satisfying. Facilities: The only downside was that the city hotel pool was too small; it felt cramped. Service: Excellent! Warm and welcoming, made us feel right at home. Cleanliness: We pushed the two small beds together and found absolutely no blind spots for dirt; everything was very clean.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located right next to Tsubogawa Station, offering incredibly convenient access as it's just outside the exit. It's also surrounded by convenience stores (FamilyMart and 7-11) and a post office that's even open on weekends. The hotel has coin-operated laundry machines and dryers on the first floor, but their washing and drying performance is quite average; it's probably better to use the laundromat next door. The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch buffet. At other times, the restaurant functions as an executive lounge for Accor elite members, but guests who booked through Ctrip cannot access it. It's important to note that while Ctrip bookings *can* be linked to the Accor ALL app, the hotel itself doesn't recognize your Accor membership status nor does it provide member benefits for such bookings. Given that Accor offers excellent benefits to its members in Japan, elite members are strongly advised to book directly through Accor's own channels.

MM40722****Pros: 1. Spacious! Having stayed in many Japanese hotels, this one's room was big enough to open two 28-inch suitcases, with two chairs to sit on! All for less than 400, and with the favorable exchange rate, it actually cost less than when I booked. 2. Beautiful! The hotel is very new, and the rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view of Naha (the terrace closes at 10 PM). Watching the Yui Rail train slowly pull into the station was incredibly relaxing! Great scenery! 3. Excellent service! Although the hotel doesn't provide hot water (there's a kettle, but we were wary of its cleanliness), when we asked at the front desk, they specially got us a cup from the coffee bar. 4. Well-equipped! There are six washing machines, an ice maker, and vending machines, which is very convenient. Check-out can be done directly via the TV, no need to go to the front desk, which is also great. 5. Very close to Ishigaki Beef restaurants, less than a five-minute walk, and many other BBQ places nearby. Cons: 1. There was indeed noise. Since the window faced the street, even with it closed, we could occasionally hear motorcycles roaring by at night. Luckily, we're good sleepers, but if you're sensitive to noise, you should be aware. 2. The location is just okay. While it was close to the breakfast spots and BBQ restaurants we wanted to try, it was a bit of a walk to the train station and Kokusai-dori. We had our luggage sent directly from the airport to the hotel and took a taxi to the airport when we left (around 70+ for the fare), so we didn't experience the struggle, but if you're lugging suitcases, it might be tiring? Kokusai-dori was fine on the way there, but after shopping, the walk back to the hotel felt quite tiring. 3. I'm not sure if this is typical for Okinawa, but the skincare products provided at the front desk felt very watery, and the packaging got wet easily, making it hard to squeeze out much without making a mess. I wasn't a fan of that. Overall, for me personally, the price, location, and environment were all great. I would choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel. Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent. Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.
