There are two Daiwa Roynet Hotels Premiere nearby, so when taking a taxi, tell the driver it's the one with a 7-Eleven downstairs. The lobby offers complimentary coffee and skincare samples. If you need room cleaning, you must place the cleaning sign on your door before 10 AM; otherwise, cleaning service won't be provided. The bathroom features a three-part design with a bathtub. "Cleanliness at Japanese hotels is always top-notch, and this place was no exception. The location is a bit average, but it's great value for money, and the surrounding area isn't completely desolate; you'll find everything you need. However, the front desk staff were immigrants, and their attitude was pretty lackluster – definitely not the usual polite, outwardly friendly service you'd expect from Japanese people."

"This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Kokusai Street, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience store right downstairs – super convenient! We booked a triple room for two, and it was incredibly spacious. We could easily lay out two 28-inch suitcases flat. Just a heads-up on the cleaning: the hotel doesn't clean daily. If you stay for five days, they only clean on the middle day, so you'll need to keep an eye on the room's cleanliness yourself. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided, but not replenished daily; they're only replaced on the third-day cleaning. Overall, it's still good! The location is truly excellent, and the air conditioning works really well! Plus, they even gave us three room cards, which was a nice bonus!"

I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Naha!"

The room was okay—simple but comfortable, and it had a large bed which was great for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a few inconveniences. The TV remote control was in Japanese, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone not familiar with the language. Another downside was the parking situation. There was no free parking available, so I had to pay for the car park each day, which added to the overall cost of the stay. While the room met basic expectations, a few small improvements could have made the experience much better."

"The hotel is clean and nice, in a good location. The rooms are smaller, but since I was alone, it was not a problem for me. The hotel is 2 minutes from the monorail station and 5 minutes from the main bus station of Naha. You can also reach the center of the nightlife with a short walk. An additional advantage of the hotel is the Donki store on the ground floor which is open until 3am so you can always buy something if you need it. The rooms have a washer and dryer, which is also very convenient for longer stays."

"The location is super convenient; it's a five-minute walk from Asahibashi monorail station, and getting here from the airport is quick. Across from the hotel is the Naha Bus Terminal, making it easy to go anywhere – we even took a bus from there when we switched to our resort hotel later. Although the room was over 20 square meters, it felt a bit cramped, possibly due to the low ceiling, but that's typical for city hotels in Japan, so I can't complain too much. The room had a natural wood style and was generally tidy, but the sofa by the window was quite dirty with suspicious stains. Also, I booked the room very early, but ended up with a third-floor room directly facing the parking garage, which offered poor privacy and views. When I went downstairs to speak with the front desk, I was told it was a pre-assigned room and couldn't be changed. Oh well. The highlights of the hotel are the rooftop bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the ground-floor restaurant where you can buy a three-hour all-you-can-drink package, a definite win for alcohol enthusiasts."

LLukeChen1116The location is super convenient! It's only about 100 meters from Makishi Monorail Station, so it's really easy to find. You can easily walk to Kokusai Street for shopping. It offers great value for money, and the staff are very friendly. A major bonus is their complimentary drink bar on the 2nd floor, available from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including local Okinawan beer (Oimo beer), which I thoroughly enjoyed for three days. They also offer free ramen from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Even though they're small bowls, they taste pretty good, and there's usually a long line for them – perfect as a late-night snack. Overall, this hotel in Naha is excellent from its location to its food and beverage offerings. Highly recommended for families with children.

AAnonymous User1. The location is indeed very convenient, and it's one of the few hotels in Okinawa with a somewhat stylish decor. But besides that, it's absolutely useless; purely paid for deceiving photos.
2. The hygiene is really poor; there's dust everywhere, and the bed sheets are yellowed...
3. What I'm most dissatisfied with is the soundproofing: the mini-fridge in the room is incredibly noisy, and the corner room I booked was assigned to the lowest floor, which was terribly loud with constant thumping and banging sounds every day. Even with earplugs, it was still very noisy!
4. No drinking water was provided; who wants to go to the hallway to get water? Do they think this is a university dorm? When returning to the hotel at night, the staff standing at the entrance completely ignored guests coming in, hah...

Breakfast had a great variety, and the Chinese-style options were very satisfying.
Facilities: The only downside was that the city hotel pool was too small; it felt cramped.
Service: Excellent! Warm and welcoming, made us feel right at home.
Cleanliness: We pushed the two small beds together and found absolutely no blind spots for dirt; everything was very clean.

1. Spacious! Having stayed in many Japanese hotels, this one's room was big enough to open two 28-inch suitcases, with two chairs to sit on! All for less than 400, and with the favorable exchange rate, it actually cost less than when I booked.
2. Beautiful! The hotel is very new, and the rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view of Naha (the terrace closes at 10 PM). Watching the Yui Rail train slowly pull into the station was incredibly relaxing! Great scenery!
3. Excellent service! Although the hotel doesn't provide hot water (there's a kettle, but we were wary of its cleanliness), when we asked at the front desk, they specially got us a cup from the coffee bar.
4. Well-equipped! There are six washing machines, an ice maker, and vending machines, which is very convenient. Check-out can be done directly via the TV, no need to go to the front desk, which is also great.
5. Very close to Ishigaki Beef restaurants, less than a five-minute walk, and many other BBQ places nearby.
Cons:
1. There was indeed noise. Since the window faced the street, even with it closed, we could occasionally hear motorcycles roaring by at night. Luckily, we're good sleepers, but if you're sensitive to noise, you should be aware.
2. The location is just okay. While it was close to the breakfast spots and BBQ restaurants we wanted to try, it was a bit of a walk to the train station and Kokusai-dori. We had our luggage sent directly from the airport to the hotel and took a taxi to the airport when we left (around 70+ for the fare), so we didn't experience the struggle, but if you're lugging suitcases, it might be tiring? Kokusai-dori was fine on the way there, but after shopping, the walk back to the hotel felt quite tiring.
3. I'm not sure if this is typical for Okinawa, but the skincare products provided at the front desk felt very watery, and the packaging got wet easily, making it hard to squeeze out much without making a mess. I wasn't a fan of that.
Overall, for me personally, the price, location, and environment were all great. I would choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

GGuest UserI urgently needed to find a hotel and heard there was one at Naha Airport, so I booked here. Even though I'm over 170cm tall, I could comfortably stretch my legs in the capsule. It had a TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and an outlet, making it a very comfortable place to sleep! The amenities were also excellent, with about six male-only shower rooms fully stocked with shampoo and even shaving supplies! The washrooms had hairdryers, cotton swabs, cups, and individual seats for over six people. There was also drinkable water, which I had after my bath. It's a great place, and I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Okinawa! Upon check-in, I also received a DOUTOR meal voucher! I booked this stay through Trip.com.

We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected.
For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use.
The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip.

Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.

I'm not sure what it's usually like, but since it was New Year's Eve during my stay, it was probably crowded. Breakfast wait times were long, and the service speed and food quality felt a bit subpar. For peak season, the room rate and service didn't quite match up!
