Daiwa Roynet Hotel Naha Kokusaidori

I stayed here for the first two nights of my Okinawa trip and liked it so much that I extended my stay for another two nights. This short review is about the extended stay. Ms. Yamasato at the front desk helped me with the extension. She was very thoughtful and asked if we'd be okay with the air conditioning being serviced tomorrow afternoon, meaning we couldn't go back to the room for an afternoon nap. I said yes. After we finished the paperwork, Ms. Yamasato was already waiting for us at the elevator to tell us that the AC repair time had changed. I was really touched by her meticulous service. I originally planned to extend for two more nights, but for some reason, the price on Trip.com kept getting higher with each extension. The second extension for the same room was ¥950, including breakfast. So I decided to move to another hotel. My wife also checked the price on Trip.com, and it was ¥660, including breakfast, for the same standard room.

The room size was decent, and after pushing the beds together, there was enough space to open a 32-inch and a 20-inch suitcase. The lobby had a good selection of toiletries, maintaining the usual Daiwa quality. The hotel's location is excellent; after exiting Makishi Station on the Yui Rail and turning right, you can follow the elevated walkway directly to the hotel's sign – it’s very convenient and easy to find. There's a local supermarket downstairs that we visited daily, and it's also very close to Kokusai Street, just a ten-minute walk. For a family of three, the price was reasonable, making it a highly recommended choice.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was clean with no strange smells, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept wonderfully. The front desk staff was friendly and patient, and the location was super convenient for getting around and finding food. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the taste was great. Excellent value for money – I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area! 😌

The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and came with a good selection of toiletries, tea, and coffee. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Parking is 1500 JPY per day. There's a convenience store and a supermarket right downstairs, and Kokusai Street is just a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient for shopping and dining.
