酒店地理位置非常好，位於一條小街上，步行到國際通商業街大約3分鐘，鬧中取靜。
此外，房間面積，裝修，服務等都比較滿意，唯一不足的就是早餐比較一般，有待提升。

我們帶着小朋友一起旅行，在讀谷和美國村的酒店都能在2點前就辦理入住，美國村的酒店甚至在一點就拿到了房間，但是這家酒店必須要到三點，當然如果願意付款2500日元也是可以提早拿房的。房間地板上有些灰塵沒能清理掉。跟我們這次住過的其他幾家酒店比較這裏的早餐品質不高口味也較差。不過酒店的地段確實好，在國際通的中段位置，出門逛街購物方便。13樓的小圖書館，小露台可以坐一會兒喝點咖啡看看風景還不錯。放幾張無關的圖片，酒店本身沒有值得拍照的地方

硬件軟件都不錯的酒店：洗浴用品是pola，燒水壺是虎牌，掛耳咖啡跟蒙特利是一個品牌
交通是真的方便，～距離main place步行十幾分鍾～酒店周圍都是好吃的和賣紀念品的，街景也很有特色～酒店服務很好

房間雖然很緊湊，但佈局十分合理，日系的裝修很的把空間利用到了極致！浴室浴缸和淋浴的神奇組合驚艷到了！兼具桑拿功能！酒店地理位置極佳！出門非常方便，邊上有一家烤肉網紅店是我吃到過最好吃的肉了

提前一個半月訂的酒店明確告知不要尾房，check in的時候給了我倒數第二間尾房。衹能看到樓下停車場，但至少能看到晚霞，也還行。
前台工作人員衹有一位女士英文流利，另一位前台男士服務人員比較耐心。其餘前台感覺溝通起來很費勁，基本沒什麼笑臉。
明確告知某天早晨的清潔服務安排在14.00之後，但是隔天早晨11點還是有清潔人員來敲門。
我們是六天五晚的行程，前台入住時溝通了三天一次大清掃，平時都是簡單清潔。旺季可以理解。
但第三天放在桌子上的泡麪碗沒有清理，被子沒有更換，被留條告知床上有衣物，不好私自動旅客的物品，可以理解。但是地板上的頭髮，除塵也壓根沒有做。放在垃圾桶旁邊做好垃圾分類的垃圾也沒有倒，這是在給酒店留告知條的情況下。馬桶是否清潔我不清楚。
位置離國際通很近是優點，但服務真的一般，如果每天行程較滿，回來衹是休息睡覺可以選擇這裏，不是的話另選其他店吧。（p.s 想要去旁邊吃暖慕拉麪的別去了，報吃，琉球的牛也報吃）

服務很棒 衞生也沒話説 房間雖然不大但很温馨 大大的落地窗可以愜意地俯瞰城景
