I love ♥️ this hotel soooooo much ! My four nights here was very comfortable that it feels almost close to home ☺️ It's strategical location is a huge bonus. Lawson, Family Mart, 7-11 is all around the corner. Be sure to grab your coffee take out just opposite hotel entrance: SO GOOD! (¥450 for iced cafe au lait) This hotel amenities are great too, on my 3rd night, i did my laundry; both wash + dry at a total of ¥300 There's also ice dispenser provided on certain floors. WiFi connection is 👍🏻 ⭐! Worked well for the 5 days! Within a short distance frm hotel, Google for Matsumoto Kiyoshi store, buy your beauty products there , all other drugstores along Kokusai St priced much higher. Got stuffs for my mom/sis at Matsumoto at great deal especially with tax free with total bill of ¥5000 . Another plus point is you can spend a day strolling/shopping at Okinawa outlet mall + iias mall for Sapporo drugstores/Uniqlo/GU. Transportation is very convenient both with buses and trains. I took a DiDi 🚖 ride back to hotel once for ¥ 2350 frm Outlet mall. Either way you can take bus no.95 at the main street just opposite high school. Staffs were all very attentive, polite and helpful when being asked for directions etc . If you're someone who enjoys walking, take a scenic path down to Kokusai St. I'm so happy i chose this hotel, very convenient . Should i visit Okinawa again, I'll definitely stay here. ** Take a short walk down to RYUBO Mall , amazing shopping deals and great cafes** Smile Naha hotel is indeed a wonderful place to be at to make much of your final trip, especially for solo travellers who don't drive 🚗.

My stay in smile hotel was wonderful. My family wish we can stay for more days. I really enjoyed my stay. It's fell like home, because the staffs are kind and always smiling..

I like air-conditioned places that are quiet, peaceful, clean, and free from strong drafts. I also appreciate having staff available to assist me whenever needed.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. I informed the staff and asked if it was possible to change rooms, but I was told that no other rooms were available. Unfortunately, this left us with no choice but to stay in a room with the bad odor for the entire stay. I understand that hotels can be fully booked, but cleanliness and room condition should be a priority. I hope the management addresses this issue so future guests don’t have the same experience.
