I checked into the Qingdao North Railway Station Shengping Road Ju Hotel and have to praise the plentiful and delicious breakfast. The front desk service was warm and polite. The rooms were clean, the environment was quiet, and the value for money was excellent. It's also very convenient for getting around. I truly recommend it.

I brought my kids to Qingdao for summer vacation and we went swimming at Golden Sand Beach. The hotel is less than two kilometers from Golden Sand Beach, so it was very convenient to take a taxi. They also offer free parking. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff were very warm and polite. A perfect stay!

Environment: The location is quite good, peaceful and secluded. Getting around mainly relies on ride-hailing services or walking, as public transportation (bus and subway) is awkwardly situated between two stops. However, if you're looking for a quiet stay, I genuinely recommend it. Hygiene: Very clean; the guest rooms and restaurant generally feel excellent. Facilities: A very new hotel with well-equipped hardware facilities. Everything felt very reliable to use, and comfort levels were maximized. Service: The service was attentive. Late at night, I asked for some ice, and they promptly delivered a bucket, which was a great help – thank you! 🙏 They also friendly accommodated my request for a late checkout. 👍

I specifically chose a high-floor sea-view room for this trip, and it was wonderfully cool. Being able to see the ocean every day was fantastic! The room was clean, the environment was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The facilities were also safe and reliable! Highly recommend!

During check-in, considering I was tired from a long journey, the staff spoke in a calm and soothing manner, providing only essential and practical information. Throughout my stay, I called the front desk multiple times to inquire about luggage storage and late check-out policies. Each time, they answered promptly, provided clear explanations, and offered suitable solutions from a guest's perspective. Check-out was transparent and reassuring. Even near shift change, the staff diligently completed their tasks without rushing guests or being perfunctory. Throughout my entire stay, the front desk team was polite and composed, demonstrating professionalism. During busy times, they worked efficiently and calmly. When it was less busy, they remained at their posts and maintained their service-oriented attitude, without any slack or idleness. Excellent service is hidden in many small details; there's no forced politeness, yet every interaction makes you feel secure and comfortable. The front desk's service alone is enough to make me willing to stay again, and I sincerely recommend it to friends visiting Qingdao.

Just checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

For the first few days of my stay in Qingdao, I booked the compact single room. This time, for two days, I tried the double-bed room with a table and a large window, and it is really excellent for the price. The room is extremely clean and has all the basic amenities such as a shower, dental kit, and towels. One small difference is that instead of traditional cloth towels, they provide disposable paper-fiber towels. The room is also much more spacious than the single room, even though the price increase is very small. I paid about 55 RMB for the smaller room, while this room cost around 63–64 RMB, but the size is almost double. The room has a very large window facing the road in front of the hotel. I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly it was not. There are many power outlets and switchboards, which makes it convenient for charging phones or laptops. The room also has a large TV, along with a table and chair where you can comfortably sit and work. The staff, as I mentioned earlier, are extremely friendly. By the end of my stay, they almost felt like friends. If you order food or buy items from e-commerce platforms like Jingdong or Taobao, the staff will collect the packages and store them safely on the first floor. Sometimes the delivery person will even bring the order directly to your room. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was very well maintained and spotless. It also includes a hairdryer and hangers. The room I booked had two beds, so if you are traveling with a colleague for business, this is a great option. The location is not extremely central, but it is still convenient. The nearest subway station is about a 10–15 minute walk, which was not a problem for me. There are also several convenience stores nearby where you can quickly buy snacks or basic items. Overall, the room is very well maintained, extremely clean, and free of dust. We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows. Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in. The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.
