My business trip stay at Hilton Garden Inn exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff, particularly VV, was efficient and welcoming during check-in, always smiling and quick to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, and the ergonomic office chair was comfortable even after long hours. The bedding was soft and plush, and the blackout curtains provided excellent soundproofing. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including hot congee, pastries, and fresh fruit. With a 24-hour gym, free high-speed WiFi, and complimentary parking, this international chain offers incredible value for money at its price point. Five stars!

This was my first time staying at an Atour Light hotel. The style is really interesting, with a predominantly blue theme, making it feel more geared towards a younger crowd. The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had. However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

The room is very spacious, perfect for families with kids. The window directly overlooks the Olympic Sailing Center, and you can even see the 'May Wind' sculpture. Waking up every day to the vast ocean and sailboats is truly wonderful. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Olympic Sailing Center Plaza from the hotel. You can stroll along the coastline to Taipingjiao Park and even go beachcombing there. All in all, it's super convenient to get anywhere. Highly recommend! Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'll definitely stay at Orange Crystal again. Oh, and the breakfast is also very plentiful!

Grand Barony Qingdao Airport has an incredibly convenient location with an indoor connecting corridor leading straight to the airport terminal, so we can walk over easily. The hotel also provides shuttle service for guests carrying lots of luggage; simply tell the staff ahead, and they will make proper arrangements. Dining options inside the hotel are limited, but we could easily take Didi to taste delicious local food nearby. Every staff member is polite, warm and ready to offer helpful support. It’s an ideal pick for airport stays.

I stayed for four nights in total, and from check-in, through multiple inquiries, last-minute requests, and finally check-out, I interacted with Kimi at the front desk numerous times. Her service quality was consistently excellent throughout. She wasn't just friendly at the start and then less so later on. Whether it was for minor inquiries or coordinating things like room preferences, executive privileges, or breakfast benefits, Kimi always provided clear and accurate answers, with no conflicting information. Her professionalism was steady, her patience unwavering, and her demeanor genuinely reserved. The entire experience was smooth and seamless, which is a truly exceptional level of front desk service. Traveling with my child, I booked a king-sized bed room and was worried about the space, but the front desk upgraded us to a family-themed room, which was incredibly thoughtful! The upgraded room was a wonderful surprise, complete with a B.Duck themed tent, a Ludo game rug, and cartoon pillows. My child had a blast as soon as we entered, and all our travel fatigue instantly disappeared. The room had excellent natural light, with warm sunshine streaming through the large French windows. The wooden floor was warm and comfortable, allowing adults to relax and children to play without bothering each other. The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, and there's also a 'Bird Club' kids' play area with slides and rocking horses, making it super convenient for parents to relax while their kids play. Molly, a staff member, provided smiling service throughout, and check-in was efficient and patient, full of care in every detail. This hotel is my top choice for family trips; the proactive and warm gesture of upgrading our room was a huge plus. I highly recommend it to families visiting Qingdao with children!

The hotel is very good, very close to the Polar Ocean World. I came during the Spring Festival. The breakfast was very affordable. As for dinner, because it was the Spring Festival, I didn't eat out. It was affordable and healthy. The front desk service was also good. They helped to store temporary luggage and helped to store half of the ice city. I will stay here next time.
