SShengsheng_This was my first time staying at an Atour Light hotel. The style is really interesting, with a predominantly blue theme, making it feel more geared towards a younger crowd.
The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had.
However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

VvvxggHampton by Hilton is consistently reliable, as always! Eric provided warm and attentive service, making the check-in process super fast. The room was clean and odor-free, and the Serta mattress offered the perfect balance of softness and firmness for an excellent sleep. The breakfast was plentiful, with a fresh and delicious made-to-order station. The convenient transportation and free parking make it my top choice for business travel; I'll definitely stay here again! 💯 The Peter Thomas Roth toiletries felt premium. The breakfast had a wide variety, was replenished promptly, and the service was thoughtful without being intrusive – a truly fantastic experience!

JJAMES TSit a great convenient to stay at this hotel if you having early flight from airport, about 10-15min walk to terminal from hotel, that also the main reason for mine last night stay in qingdao as mine flight at 9am.
I won't comment much as this a one night stay thing, but overall I believe most people opted to stay at airport hotel purely of early flight reason .. so it already a good enough reason to choose this hotel. pricing vs location, hotel and airport-amenities I give 8/10 to this hotel.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her service was attentive and thoughtful; she proactively arranged a suitable room type for me and even provided helpful tips for exploring the local area. She patiently assisted with any requests I had. The hotel's location is excellent, right near May Fourth Square, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, creating a really pleasant atmosphere for my stay. I was genuinely impressed by the thoughtful service throughout my visit. Choosing this hotel for my trip provided such peace of mind. Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'll definitely be staying at The Westin again, and my first choice will be to find Nicky!

The room was clean, the facilities were a little old, the air conditioner was not very user-friendly, the room staff would take the initiative to greet us when they saw us, it was not too far from the sea and it was acceptable, there was a yard for parking

The front desk service attitude was also good. The downside is that the room isn't very soundproof, and the TV in the room didn't work. I reported the TV issue to the front desk, but it still couldn't be watched properly. Overall, the experience was decent, and the room price wasn't expensive for a National Day holiday trip.
