Guest UserMy business trip stay at Hilton Garden Inn exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff, particularly VV, was efficient and welcoming during check-in, always smiling and quick to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, and the ergonomic office chair was comfortable even after long hours. The bedding was soft and plush, and the blackout curtains provided excellent soundproofing. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including hot congee, pastries, and fresh fruit. With a 24-hour gym, free high-speed WiFi, and complimentary parking, this international chain offers incredible value for money at its price point. Five stars!

This was my first time staying at an Atour Light hotel. The style is really interesting, with a predominantly blue theme, making it feel more geared towards a younger crowd.
The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had.
However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

The MulberriesGrand Barony Qingdao Airport has an incredibly convenient location with an indoor connecting corridor leading straight to the airport terminal, so we can walk over easily. The hotel also provides shuttle service for guests carrying lots of luggage; simply tell the staff ahead, and they will make proper arrangements. Dining options inside the hotel are limited, but we could easily take Didi to taste delicious local food nearby. Every staff member is polite, warm and ready to offer helpful support. It’s an ideal pick for airport stays.

Guest UserRoom: The floor I was on was average. The soundproofing was decent, but the facilities are quite old. The TV was slow to turn on, and the bathtub faucet leaked. Both of the children's playpens provided had holes.
Service: The service was very mediocre, I'd even say poor. I've stayed in many hotels, and this Westin really underperformed. Especially the front desk staff during check-in – they didn't provide any basic information about the hotel, like breakfast times or the pool's location. We had two kids, two strollers, luggage, and a bunch of bags, and all the staff completely ignored us. Not one person offered to help. The only positive point was the housekeeping gentleman, who was very diligent and responsible despite all the issues.
Breakfast: We booked for three consecutive days and specifically included breakfast. The food selection wasn't very rich, and the service was still bad. On the first morning, a Saturday, we went down around 9 AM and had to queue. With the crowd, the service simply couldn't keep up. We were moved twice, and the young lady at the noodle station was flustered. On the second day, they couldn't even replenish cups and bowls in time, and many dishes weren't refilled after 9:30 AM. We just gave up on breakfast on the third day.
All food deliveries were sent to a central locker, and we had to call concierge to have them brought up, which added extra work.
For this price, this location, and this service, I'm extremely disappointed. Staying here for three days then moving to the Haitian hotel truly showed me that there's no comparison. The Haitian hotel wins hands down. This is a genuine review; it was so bad that I had to comment. The only benefit for traveling with kids was the heated 'vibrancy pool,' which the children enjoyed. That's it.

Guest UserStayed here with my boyfriend and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! ✨ The hotel's decor is exquisite and feels luxurious; every photo we took turned out beautifully. The room was spacious and bright, and amenities like the mini-fridge, screen mirroring, and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation made our stay incredibly pleasant. Breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients, and the service was gentle and appropriate. The environment was quiet and serene, perfect for a peaceful getaway for two. I've already recommended it to my friends and we'll definitely be back!

DakouwudongmianThe lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful! So gentle and patient!!
The room layout was also great, spacious and bright, really excellent 👍
The hotel's cleaning staff were also wonderful ~ they cleaned very thoroughly and were very enthusiastic. Hospitable Shandong truly lives up to its name ^ ^
The hotel's location is also superb, very close to May Fourth Square, with plenty of food and drink options nearby.
Highly recommended 👍 Just the shower pressure was a bit low, hope that can be improved ~

The room's location is pretty good, quite close to Licang District center, Wanda Plaza, and Licun Night Market, and transportation is also very convenient. The front desk service attitude was also good. The downside is that the room isn't very soundproof, and the TV in the room didn't work. I reported the TV issue to the front desk, but it still couldn't be watched properly. Overall, the experience was decent, and the room price wasn't expensive for a National Day holiday trip.

The hotel is in the seaside garden, in the garden, there is the sea in front, a flower and a sea, well-deserved! The hotel and surrounding are the ancient buildings of Badaguan, with lush flowers and birds and flowers. Last year, I stayed here with my friends for one night. I was very impressed, but it used to be a homestay. The internal hygiene was not very good and the comfort was not enough. This revisit, the hotel facilities and environment have been greatly improved, and the service is very intimate and timely. You must like it! ! !
