I came for a concert at the Civic Center, so I booked this hotel near the North Station – super convenient! It's just a short walk from the subway exit (and there were still so many food stalls open even after 11 PM when the concert ended, it was amazing!). It's quite quiet, the bedding is comfortable, and the environment is clean and hygienic. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool. PS: Thanks to the front desk for even preparing little souvenirs! Both front desk ladies had excellent service attitudes. Loved it, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qingdao.

The hotel decor is quite new; there was a slight smell on the first day, but it was acceptable. We booked a standard room, but the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe twin room. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, and my child loved it. Additionally, the hotel has a laundry room and a gym. There are many residential areas around the hotel with plenty of food options; the Shuangheyuan restaurant nearby was particularly good. The only downside is that it's not a sea view room. If this room were beachfront, it would easily cost 1500+ yuan during peak season. The staff inside were also very good, especially the auntie in the laundry room, who was very diligent.

Smoking Policy: I was concerned to see guests smoking in common areas, particularly while waiting for the elevators. This inevitably forced fellow guests and staff to inhale secondhand smoke. Furthermore, placing large ashtray stands beside the elevator banks on every floor implicitly encourages this behavior. I strongly encourage the management to consider implementing a smoke-free policy in all indoor public spaces for the health and well-being of both guests and staff.

I specifically chose a high-floor sea-view room for this trip, and it was wonderfully cool. Being able to see the ocean every day was fantastic! The room was clean, the environment was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The facilities were also safe and reliable! Highly recommend!

Our overall stay was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was attentive, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the location was convenient for getting around. Everything basically met Westin's brand standards. The only minor drawback was the pool area. There were many non-hotel guests with children and external coaches giving swimming lessons. This occupied a lot of the pool space, making the lanes quite crowded and affecting the swimming experience for hotel guests. What was most unbearable was a coach using a DJI drone for underwater photography. I hope the hotel can strengthen management and designate separate lanes for coaches to ensure the rights of guests. Aside from this, it's generally a recommended stay.

Jenny at the guest services center provided excellent service, making for a great overall experience. The room was spacious and clean, with good soundproofing, stable Wi-Fi, and complete facilities. The hotel offers direct access to the high-speed rail and terminal via a comprehensive transportation hub, making travel very convenient. The room size was quite generous.

Just checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

It's a public beach, not a private one, so swimming isn't recommended. However, it's fantastic for clam digging, playing in the sand, and wading in the water in the mornings and evenings. It offers a more private beach experience compared to the crowded public swimming beaches, making it an ideal compromise. There are also water sports facilities operated by third parties on the beach, offering additional options. The hotel features a resident band performance in the evenings, which can be enjoyed directly from the outdoor terrace dining area. The room also has a large TV, along with a table and chair where you can comfortably sit and work. The staff, as I mentioned earlier, are extremely friendly. By the end of my stay, they almost felt like friends. If you order food or buy items from e-commerce platforms like Jingdong or Taobao, the staff will collect the packages and store them safely on the first floor. Sometimes the delivery person will even bring the order directly to your room. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was very well maintained and spotless. It also includes a hairdryer and hangers. The room I booked had two beds, so if you are traveling with a colleague for business, this is a great option. The location is not extremely central, but it is still convenient. The nearest subway station is about a 10–15 minute walk, which was not a problem for me. There are also several convenience stores nearby where you can quickly buy snacks or basic items. Overall, the room is very well maintained, extremely clean, and free of dust.
