This place is everything you’d expect it to be. Staff were very attentive, friendly, helpful and they spoke English too. The hotels location is very close to a metro station and Lion Mall. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room looked brand new. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Facilities are beautiful, room is beautiful but all service people do not speak English also their training is not up to international standard. There is only few tables occupied during breakfast but the staff are missing and are not attentive. This reflects greatly on the management of this hotel

I chose the old Seaview Garden Hotel in Qingdao for a temporary business trip. The service is good. There is a receptionist who will send it to the room to introduce the facilities and services. The housekeeper will contact me at any time to provide help. There are free fruits and drinks in the room. The guest supplies are also very comfortable. I have stayed in many local hotels in Qingdao. Seaview is first-class in this aspect and is willing to give guests more enjoyment. Before leaving the hotel, I found that the car was also wiped by them. This is a very pleasant service. Some suggestions are given to them. The welcome tea is too formal. It is just ordinary black tea. It is not good to drink and is not warm. It is more suitable for this season to use a paper cup to have a ginger tea or grapefruit tea. The front desk can deliver it without wasting manpower; in addition, the sound insulation of the room is average. You can choose a sound insulation strip to block it. There are many styles online. . Overall, the flaws do not cover the merits and it deserves full marks. The key is that Seaview sincerely wants to give more to customers. I will choose it again in the future.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable (great bed - perfect for the rainy weather) and I particularly like the breakfast buffet. I personally appreciate the service and a special mention to the cleaner and floor manager (秦嘉璐 Jack) for being welcoming, showing me to my room and just simply being polite and hospitable. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this hotel and will continue to come back.

Hans was very helpful to us during check in when we asked for a room with better view. Give this guy a credit for his hard work. It made us feel welcomed and gave us good mood the whole time we spend in the hotel. The room is great. Right next to olympic sailing center. The breakfast was satisfactory. The housekeeper on 4th floor was very kind during our stay. Room 418 has great view. They have iron in the room. Awesome! Overall experience is excellent! Will come again next time!

Parking is convenient, there is an underground parking lot, and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. The hotel learned that it was my birthday and sent me a birthday cake, which was a surprise. Maybe because it was the off-season, there were not many types of wine, which was a bit regrettable. 曼特寧 房間號 2407這太符合我的需要了，帶全家來青島玩，隱藏床白天收起來就是很大的活動空間，晚上不耽誤孩子們睡覺，諾大的客廳和餐廳滿足全家四口人的居住需要，還有我的工作台，投影儀更支持視頻會議和孩子們晚上的看劇。床品竟然是SPIRIT的鵝絨被啊，宜家的床品和浴巾毛巾。這民宿老闆真心讓我體驗一把青島有個家的感覺，而且是理想中的家。

The room was big, but there were some minor issues at the beginning, but they were solved brilliantly. They gave us the executive lounge, which was not bad. The ice cream was delicious. The hotel's amenities and bedding were very good, and the sleep was very comfortable. It was child-friendly and had children's products. They also gave us white fungus when we came back at night. The only shortcoming was that we couldn't have the buffet breakfast because there were not many people. This is a small regret for a hotel buffet lover. I hope to have the buffet breakfast next time instead of the a la carte dishes (beef noodles are very good)
