We had an amazing stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Qingdao! The resort is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It's a great choice for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was the complimentary perks. We really enjoyed the unlimited beer, free daily ice cream, and the professional photo shoot that came with the stay. The photos turned out beautifully and became one of our favorite memories from the trip. The resort is located inside Beer City, where there are plenty of attractions, entertainment, and activities to enjoy. The surrounding atmosphere is lively, especially in the evening, making it a fun place to spend time without needing to travel far. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to different tastes. Every morning was a great start to the day. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Since my phone number isn't a Chinese number, I couldn't scan and unlock the shared electric bikes myself. The staff patiently helped us scan the QR code and assisted us every time we needed it, which made getting around much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help really made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit!

This is an older luxury hotel in Qingdao, and I stayed here on my last visit. The higher price definitely makes sense for what you get. I stayed for a week in total, and on one of the days, the room rate suddenly increased. It's probably better to book your entire stay in advance. However, I didn't book my full stay because I really like the extra-large rooms at Huafu (Hotel). If you're planning to go out and explore, the St. Regis is a better option. But if you're just looking to relax in the hotel, Huafu offers larger rooms – though not every room is large, only some are.

The Mandarin Hotel is located on Starlight Island in the West Coast New Area, surrounded by the sea and boasting stunning island scenery. As soon as you arrive, you can feel a sense of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The sea breeze creates a wonderful vacation vibe. However, there was an entertainment event on the island that day, so it was incredibly crowded. Stepping into the hotel lobby, the elegant and grand design perfectly blends with marine elements. The glass dome and crystal chandeliers complement each other beautifully. What impressed me most was the self-playing piano in the lobby; its melodious tunes flowed under the dome, adding an artistic touch to the entire space and instantly washing away any travel fatigue. My business twin room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic sea views. Drawing back the curtains in the morning, I was greeted by the magnificent sight of the sunrise over the ocean. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and every detail showcased quality. The hotel's amenities are excellent. The complimentary indoor pool has clear, well-maintained water and is a good size. It's very well-regulated; you need a swimming cap to use it, and there's also a sauna and hot spring. The gym is fully equipped, and in addition to exercise machines, there's a table tennis room and an aerobics room. The hotel garden is charming, with European-style stone carvings adding a unique flair. Just outside, there's a seaside boardwalk, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. Parking and EV charging were very convenient, and the staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, feel incredibly welcoming.

Grand Barony Qingdao Airport has an incredibly convenient location with an indoor connecting corridor leading straight to the airport terminal, so we can walk over easily. The hotel also provides shuttle service for guests carrying lots of luggage; simply tell the staff ahead, and they will make proper arrangements. Dining options inside the hotel are limited, but we could easily take Didi to taste delicious local food nearby. Every staff member is polite, warm and ready to offer helpful support. It’s an ideal pick for airport stays.

We took our kids to Qingdao and booked a 4-day, 3-night stay. We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, and they even gave the little one a sand-digging toy, plus complimentary fruit and drinks. Every staff member provided excellent service; it was a fantastic experience. The hotel has direct access to the beach from the basement, which is super convenient. The beach right below the hotel was uncrowded and peaceful (whereas the area closer to the Shilaoren entrance was packed with people). There are also several large shopping malls near the hotel, making dining very easy. We could order takeout from Hema, 7-Eleven, and Decathlon, which was great because we didn't bring all our gear, haha. The hotel didn't have many parent-child activities; we mostly just dug in the sand and swam during our stay. It would be even better if there were more family-friendly activities.

Highly recommend Ramada by Wyndham Jiaodong Airport! It's clean, cozy, and exceptionally comfortable. The room cleanliness is top-notch – floors and bathrooms are spotless, and the overall space is wide and comfortable. The mattress firmness is just right, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the amenities are comprehensive. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the complimentary shuttle service is excellent. With high hygiene standards, staying here for an early morning flight is truly reassuring. The hotel lobby also has a comfortable ambiance.

This hotel's biggest draws are its unbeatable location and incredible sea views. It's right next to the Olympic Sailing Center, and you can walk straight out to May Fourth Square, making it a prime spot for watching the light show. The rooms are spacious and bright, especially the high-floor sea-view rooms – you can lie on the sofa and take in the stunning night views of Fushan Bay. The breakfast is varied and includes local specialties. Service is top-notch; the front desk staff are professional and friendly, accommodating room requests. While it's an older five-star hotel that's been open for years and shows a bit of age, it's generally well-maintained and doesn't detract from a comfortable stay. With Hisense Plaza nearby, shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. It’s perfect for travelers who prioritize great views and convenience.

The hotel's overall environment is beautiful, clearly built with great care, showcasing a Southeast Asian style, much like the Raffles I stayed at in Sanya. However, the facility maintenance, service, and hygiene are far inferior. Let me start with the positives: the breakfast was good. Although the variety wasn't huge, the freshly made wontons and steamed dim sum were delicious, especially the fresh pork mini wontons 👍. Some staff members had excellent attitudes, proactively escorting elderly guests back to their rooms, which deserves praise. Now for the unacceptable drawbacks: 1. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room and was upgraded to an Executive Twin Room upon check-in. They didn't proactively mention that the minibar was chargeable. At checkout, I was charged 20 yuan for a Sprite and a packet of snacks. I truly don't understand this. I've stayed in many hotels, both luxury and budget, and executive rooms usually come with at least one complimentary minibar round. Here, it's not only not complimentary, but they also don't inform you beforehand, and there's no clear pricing in the room. It's really frustrating 😓. 2. We booked a twin room, and one of the bedsheets was torn. When we went to the restaurant for dinner, the tablecloth was also torn. My mom commented that the hotel was truly 'economical.' 3. On the first night, I called to request an extra duvet. They replied that they only had double duvets, not single ones. I mentioned I was staying for three nights and asked if they could change it if a single one became available. On the third day, hotel staff were chatting, saying the hotel had very few guests, only around 60 people. I called customer service again to ask for a single duvet, and they still said they didn't have one. I was speechless 😓. Overall, the environment is exceptionally good, but the internal management is underwhelming, and the facilities and service are severely lacking. If they continue to operate this way, it truly does a disservice to the hotel's prime location and beautiful scenery.

I booked the hotel with a try-and-see attitude. Before I arrived, I received a call from the hotel to understand my accommodation needs. The room was upgraded, and the room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was good, and the parking was convenient. It was very good for business trips. There is heating here in winter, which must be comfortable. I will stay in Pingdu next time. I should thank the handsome guy at the front desk who checked in. He was warm and thoughtful. With such service, the hotel management is like it👍

Hygiene: The condition is worrying. There are hairs on the sink. One towel is hard and the other is soft (those who have stayed in hotels know what's going on). The water on the floor of the shower room is not dry. Are they really not afraid of customers slipping? Service: The service quality of the front desk is really good. Whether it's towels or water, they can be solved in time. But the next day, when I didn't check out, the cleaning lady came to knock on the door? What does it mean? Are you chasing people away? I won't come again
