This hotel is perfect for family trips. We considered several options, but ultimately decided on the Ocean View. Upon arrival, a dedicated staff member escorted us to our room. We soon realized the hotel's layout is quite complex; it would have been difficult to find our room without assistance. After dropping off our luggage, we started signing our child up for various themed activities. From crafts to storytelling, and even making cream cookies, we tried everything. Our child had an amazing time! The basement floor is filled with all sorts of children's play facilities, and the outdoor pool kept our child thoroughly entertained. The service, as always, was excellent. Even after we checked out, we received follow-up calls from the butler service, which was a thoughtful touch.

A hotel truly dedicated to its theme! The in-room minibar offers Laixi Coke and Baihua Snake Grass Water. The lobby provides complimentary craft beer from 9:00 to 22:30, with different flavors rotating daily, plus free ice cream. The lobby boasts a beautiful German style with wheat and malt decorations and beer barrel seating, which is quite distinctive. The warm yellow lighting is very soothing, and the breakfast buffet is abundant. Overall service is excellent! The only thing that negatively impacted my impression of the hotel was the breakfast restaurant staff. Several female servers gathered together to clean tables, and their chatter was louder than the guests' dining sounds – this happened for two consecutive days. One server even dragged a butter knife back and forth across a table. Seeing her do that instantly put me off my breakfast. I hope they can improve the overall quality of their staff. Other than that, it's still highly recommended!

Additionally, the personalized housekeeping service managed via WeChat was both attentive and highly efficient. The daily buffet breakfast and evening light bites were equally impressive and delicious. However, I did encounter a couple of drawbacks: Location: As a non-driver, the hotel's location proved somewhat inconvenient, requiring me to rely entirely on taxis to get around. Smoking Policy: I was concerned to see guests smoking in common areas, particularly while waiting for the elevators. This inevitably forced fellow guests and staff to inhale secondhand smoke. Furthermore, placing large ashtray stands beside the elevator banks on every floor implicitly encourages this behavior. I strongly encourage the management to consider implementing a smoke-free policy in all indoor public spaces for the health and well-being of both guests and staff.

The room faced the sea with a fantastic view, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. 👍 I was traveling with my mother and child, and the hotel upgraded our room type, which was very much appreciated! The hotel's dinner buffet offered great value for money! The seafood was fresh and there was a wide variety, so much so that we ate dinner at the hotel's buffet for 3 consecutive nights. It was so convenient not having to stress about finding a restaurant. The hotel's backyard connects to a seaside promenade, perfect for walking or cycling. Along the way, we saw many people fishing, catching huge mantis shrimp and blue crabs. It was wonderful to enjoy fresh seafood right by the ocean!

I got to experience sailing on a yacht... I was a bit worried I'd get seasick, but then I saw the beautiful ocean view right in front of me and forgot all my worries. The hotel stay was incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the kids had a blast. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's so convenient for going to the mall, eating out, and shopping. The hotel itself was clean, hygienic, and tidy.

Jenny at the guest services center provided excellent service, making for a great overall experience. The room was spacious and clean, with good soundproofing, stable Wi-Fi, and complete facilities. The hotel offers direct access to the high-speed rail and terminal via a comprehensive transportation hub, making travel very convenient. The room size was quite generous.

Arrived late at night, no need to travel far. The hotel service was extremely polite, making me feel very safe. The service is becoming more and more thoughtful, and my child loves it too; there are even facilities for kids to play, which is rare. The living environment is also excellent, making for a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm not on a late-night flight next time. There's also a gym.

Just checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a suite for free. The environment was clean and sanitary, the service was timely and thoughtful, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. I must give it a five-star rating. Hygiene: The condition is worrying. There are hairs on the sink. One towel is hard and the other is soft (those who have stayed in hotels know what's going on).
