GGuest UserStayed at this hotel for my trip to Qingdao. The front desk staff were warm, patient, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, so there's always something for everyone. There's parking available in front of the hotel, perfect for those traveling by car. Overall, it's a great hotel with good value for money, and I would recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserIn Trip.com I have chosen it for a long time, and I decided this one with the mentality of trying it out. The result was completely unstepped! The real scene is far more amazing than the picture, the environment is full of atmosphere, and the shots are all beautiful blockbusters. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and easy to use, the service is more intimate and thoughtful, and the experience in all aspects is superb. The breakfast tastes authentic and full of home-cooked fireworks, eating the taste of mother's cooking, the taste of the dinner in the store is also very colorful, and the coffee is delicious. In the evening, accompanied by a beautiful sea view, listening to the soothing music to have a few drinks, comfortable and healing, this trip is complete and comfortable, really recommend!

I recently stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel (Qingdao, May Fourth Square, The Mixc) and overall had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel feels very new, and the room was in excellent condition—clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom facilities were high-quality and very nice. The staff were also very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
Important note for future guests: There is some confusion regarding the location because there are several Orange Crystal hotels in the immediate vicinity. When our driver arrived to pick us up for our day tour, they went to the wrong hotel. To avoid this headache, I highly recommend that you provide your driver with the specific Chinese road name and the exact address (e.g., 9 Shandong Road) rather than just the hotel name.
Despite the initial confusion with the location, the hotel itself is excellent and I would definitely recommend it to others.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right next to Shilaoren Beach, which is a rare find in downtown Qingdao. It's a major plus for families with kids, as they provide extra beds. We've been coming here for five years straight! However, the facilities are starting to show their age and really need an update. The air conditioning in room 1203, for example, wasn't working well. On the bright side, the room service was excellent. The staff member was super quick in bringing a fan and other amenities we requested, and the cleaning lady was also very friendly and welcoming.

When my initial call for inquiries didn't connect, I quickly received a greeting message from Elly. She was incredibly responsive online to all my questions and proactively coordinated my room preferences. The service across all three major front-of-house areas was impeccable: the front desk staff were skilled and handled check-in and check-out swiftly; the concierge provided thoughtful guidance for parking and helped with heavy luggage; and the executive lounge was quiet and perfect for working, with continuous replenishment of drinks and snacks. The room facilities were new and in perfect condition, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The heated pool offered a stunning view and was peaceful with few people. The gym was equipped with professional machines, and the floor-to-ceiling sea-view windows created a fantastic workout ambiance. The staff throughout were humble and courteous, and there wasn't a single unpleasant incident during my entire stay.

GGuest UserTraveling with my child during the summer vacation, I chose to stay at the Westin Qingdao and was absolutely delighted! They even have a swimming pool, which was perfect for letting my child swim and unwind after a long day of playing. The location is superb, directly facing the Fushian Square seascape, making it incredibly convenient to get around. My child was very happy here! It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent! A special shout-out to Kimi from Guest Relations. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Before we even arrived, she proactively contacted us to confirm our room preferences and quickly responded to all our requests. She was professional and efficient, and even kindly recommended local attractions and dining options. Her service was gentle and meticulous, making us feel right at home. Overall, our stay was perfect. The front desk also arranged our in-room dining super efficiently. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Qingdao!

The windows were also well-designed, providing good ventilation and making the room feel comfortable and clean. The staff service was excellent too. The young ladies were pretty, gentle, and generous – it was a pleasure to see them (and I'm a woman, haha!). The young men spoke softly, which was as calming as the sea here. When you walk barefoot on it, that delicate sensation spreads from the soles of your feet, making every step feel light and comfortable, as if you're walking on clouds. The sand is so soft that you almost hesitate to step too hard, fearing you might disturb its natural, delicate texture.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at the Magic Hotel, which we chose because it’s a new building. The rooms are spacious, the service is good, and there’s a wide selection for breakfast. However, the place is very crowded since it consists of three large buildings. It has three outdoor swimming pools and one indoor pool. The largest pool is divided into two, and one side is used for paid boat rentals — but no one really uses them, so they should probably stop offering that.
Because the complex is so big, you can enjoy everything without even needing to leave the premises. I even went alone to watch the newly released F1 movie in the hotel cinema. There’s also a food street, although some areas were empty. The beach is shared with outsiders, and pool as there are a lot of families with kids.
That said — you can truly relax here. In other places, especially hotels in the city center, it’s much harder to unwind due to the heavy traffic and constant honking. I do wish the air conditioning had a dehumidifying function — that would have made it even better. The minibar fridge had limited options and only provided water, which was a bit...
