The wash basin area is comfortable with a modern hairdryer. Robes, bedding, slippers were all so comfy! Bedroom was kept very clean. Water was replenished daily. Bathroom - I couldn't find a speck of mould. It was absolutely clean, new, and comfortable. Housekeeping staff team was friendly and efficient. ☑ Self Laundry - Free The laundry was done free-of-charge. There is someone on-site to assist you in putting dirty laundry into the washing machine, helping to put into dryer, and then packing laundry into bags for your convenience. ☑ 15-20min walk to MixC, located near May 4 Square, and a 7-11 downstairs - superb location It was convenient to walk from MixC to the hotel, and then explore May 4 Square. There is a 7-11 nearby - it was easy to get snacks. Robot service for takeaway food delivery was fast and efficient. I have enjoyed my stay, and would strongly recommend Crystal Orange.

My stay at the Qingdao Beer Time Coast Resort was a fantastic and unique experience. The hotel lobby's architectural style is highly recognizable, filled with beer-themed elements like beer barrels and malt decorations everywhere. The overall use of warm, malty yellow lighting creates a great ambiance, perfect for photos. The moment you step in, you're immersed in a rich beer culture. The beverages provided in the room were excellent, with a rich and mellow malt flavor – a great tasting experience. The hotel staff's service attitude deserves high praise; both the front desk and the butler were warm and attentive, promptly responding to requests and being very thoughtful. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is ideally located, right next to Golden Beach. Overall, my stay was wonderful. The theme is distinct, and the service is excellent. It's highly recommended for a vacation in Qingdao. I look forward to visiting again.

In Trip.com I have chosen it for a long time, and I decided this one with the mentality of trying it out. The result was completely unstepped! The real scene is far more amazing than the picture, the environment is full of atmosphere, and the shots are all beautiful blockbusters. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and easy to use, the service is more intimate and thoughtful, and the experience in all aspects is superb. The breakfast tastes authentic and full of home-cooked fireworks, eating the taste of mother's cooking, the taste of the dinner in the store is also very colorful, and the coffee is delicious. In the evening, accompanied by a beautiful sea view, listening to the soothing music to have a few drinks, comfortable and healing, this trip is complete and comfortable, really recommend!

There were no unpleasant odors. The bedding was clean and fluffy, and the pillows were just right, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, fully stocked toiletries, stable hot water, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The room was quiet and well-insulated; despite being in a bustling area, it felt incredibly peaceful inside. The hotel's public areas, including the corridors and lobby, were well-maintained, and the cleaning staff were diligent and meticulous. Highly recommend the MGM Qingdao! Elly, the Guest Relations Manager, was very quick to respond and incredibly patient and thorough with guest requests. The entire front office team was excellent, with friendly and efficient front desk staff, and helpful and attentive concierge service. The executive lounge has a beautiful ambiance and a rich selection for afternoon tea. The rooms were spotless and felt brand new, with all facilities in perfect working order, providing a great user experience. The pool is stunning and has a fantastic vibe, perfect for photos. The gym is elegantly designed with a full range of equipment, and thoughtful touches like towels and drinking water are provided. From service to facilities, everything is top-notch. Staying here in Qingdao is a surefire hit!

The room design is quite compact but well laid out, making for a very comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a distant sea view. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. The large balcony is perfect for enjoying the sea view, and you can even dry laundry out there. Breakfast was relatively simple but included some Korean-style kimchi, which was a nice local touch. The owner was very enthusiastic and friendly; we went out cycling early and returned almost at 10 AM, but they still let us catch the tail end of breakfast, which we really appreciated. It's a convenient five-minute walk to the beach and a five-minute bike ride to the checkpoint. Friendly tips: 1. This place is quite far from the city center; a taxi ride takes about an hour. 2. When leaving Qingdao Airport, try to choose a ride-hailing service (like Didi) as regular taxis are very expensive, costing almost 300 RMB.

I booked this hotel for my mom, and she was absolutely delighted! They arranged a room for her on the 17th floor, which offered a fantastic sea view. Plus, the hotel's breakfast was incredibly delicious – a huge thumbs up from her! It was an experience that exceeded all expectations. Our butler, Celia, was professional and courteous, handling all inquiries efficiently and thoroughly, truly showcasing Hyatt's excellent service standards.

Arrived late at night, no need to travel far. The hotel service was extremely polite, making me feel very safe. The service is becoming more and more thoughtful, and my child loves it too; there are even facilities for kids to play, which is rare. The living environment is also excellent, making for a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm not on a late-night flight next time. There's also a gym.

Just checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

First, the good points - Room & Location: The room and location are totally worth it. If you're a foreigner like me, it might be a little hard to get there. But once you arrive and see the view and the room, it's absolutely worth it. -Service: The male staff at the restaurant is very polite, quick, polite warm and thoughtful. · The driver and the auntie at the restaurant are very warm and friendly. Now, what needs improvement The front desk female staff came across as unprofessional. I booked a 45-minute singing bowl session starting at 12:15, and then booked a photographer for 13:00. But at 12:48, the front desk lady called me and even called the singing bowl teacher — while my session was still going on. I think this is basic knowledge for front desk staff: a singing bowl session requires a calm, quiet environment, and my session hadn't even ended yet — it wasn't time for the photographer. After my session ended and I could finally check my phone, But when I got to the front desk, The photographer already left because he was in a hurry. But he arrived at 12:45 — and then said he was in a hurry? The front desk staff's poor coordination not only ruined my need for a peaceful healing session, but also made the hotel's ”photographer service” gift completely useless. At first I thought I would come back to stay here again. But after this experience of inefficient coordination, I'll really have to reconsider whether I want to stay here next time.
