I've stayed at Orange Crystal before, and while it was good, it never really wowed me. This time, I had an event near MixC Mall, so I booked a stay in the area. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent; they proactively upgraded my room. Honestly, I was quite pleasantly surprised when I saw it. The room was huge, with a dedicated seating area for guests, and it was immaculately clean. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. I was originally planning to leave Qingdao the next day, but my activities ran late, so I decided to book another night. Overall, I'd say this hotel sets the benchmark for business hotels.

A hotel truly dedicated to its theme! The in-room minibar offers Laixi Coke and Baihua Snake Grass Water. The lobby provides complimentary craft beer from 9:00 to 22:30, with different flavors rotating daily, plus free ice cream. The lobby boasts a beautiful German style with wheat and malt decorations and beer barrel seating, which is quite distinctive. The warm yellow lighting is very soothing, and the breakfast buffet is abundant. Overall service is excellent! The only thing that negatively impacted my impression of the hotel was the breakfast restaurant staff. Several female servers gathered together to clean tables, and their chatter was louder than the guests' dining sounds – this happened for two consecutive days. One server even dragged a butter knife back and forth across a table. Seeing her do that instantly put me off my breakfast. I hope they can improve the overall quality of their staff. Other than that, it's still highly recommended!

In Trip.com I have chosen it for a long time, and I decided this one with the mentality of trying it out. The result was completely unstepped! The real scene is far more amazing than the picture, the environment is full of atmosphere, and the shots are all beautiful blockbusters. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and easy to use, the service is more intimate and thoughtful, and the experience in all aspects is superb. The breakfast tastes authentic and full of home-cooked fireworks, eating the taste of mother's cooking, the taste of the dinner in the store is also very colorful, and the coffee is delicious. In the evening, accompanied by a beautiful sea view, listening to the soothing music to have a few drinks, comfortable and healing, this trip is complete and comfortable, really recommend!

Attention to detail is lacking. There were no tissues in the room, and the light switch design was impractical; some bedside lights couldn't even be turned off. Thankfully, the air conditioning didn't have issues with being too hot to cool down. Compared to the sea view rooms, the details here aren't as good. The biggest takeaway, though, is to be very cautious about breakfast. The bacon was burnt black, and I'm not sure if that's a local specialty or not. The variety also wasn't as good as the sea view rooms – it's hard to describe. After eating breakfast, we didn't dare book their buffet. As for the room, my elderly family members felt a bit itchy after resting. If we're talking about the Shilaoren beach for families, the kids didn't even want to play there, which was quite awkward 😬. However, they did upgrade our room for free, so that's a plus. The travel photography service was also speechless, a bit of a rip-off, but many hotels in Qingdao are like this.

Room: Excellent! The view from my room was fantastic, and it was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Environment: The location is great. It's within walking distance of the senior bathing area and very close to the sea. Service: This was exceptional, especially from Elly. As the Guest Relations Manager, she was incredibly thoughtful. She gave us a comprehensive introduction to everything in advance and met all our requests regarding the room. Many thanks to her! Facilities: Overall, they were excellent, especially the gym, both in terms of ambiance and equipment. Suggestion: I hope you'll consider allowing food delivery directly to rooms or implementing robot delivery. Many five-star hotels offer this nowadays, and asking guests to pick up their own deliveries feels a bit outdated for current service standards. Everything else was perfect. In summary: As I told Elly, I'll definitely be staying here every time I visit Qingdao.

What an amazing stay! I'll absolutely be back. Stepping into the room, I was immediately struck by how fresh it smelled – not a trace of odor! The sheets and duvet covers were incredibly soft and crisp, and even the bathroom corners were sparkling clean. I felt completely comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. It was such a comfortable experience! The owner's hand-drip coffee is an absolute must-try! It's full of rich, mellow aroma, with no bitterness or astringency, just a lovely sweet aftertaste. One cup in the morning truly perks you up for the whole day – honestly, it's better than anything you'd get at a chain coffee shop! The overall ambiance of the hotel is incredibly therapeutic. From the charming little decorations in the public areas to the beautiful natural light in the rooms, everything contributes to a wonderfully relaxed feeling. It was so pleasant to simply read a book or just zone out in the room. A super thoughtful touch was the washing machine – it cleaned clothes thoroughly and quietly, getting all my travel laundry done. What a lifesaver! I was so incredibly satisfied with this stay. This hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in the area!

Arrived late at night, no need to travel far. The hotel service was extremely polite, making me feel very safe. The service is becoming more and more thoughtful, and my child loves it too; there are even facilities for kids to play, which is rare. The living environment is also excellent, making for a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm not on a late-night flight next time. There's also a gym.

Just checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

First, the good points - Room & Location: The room and location are totally worth it. If you're a foreigner like me, it might be a little hard to get there. But once you arrive and see the view and the room, it's absolutely worth it. -Service: The male staff at the restaurant is very polite, quick, polite warm and thoughtful. · The driver and the auntie at the restaurant are very warm and friendly. Now, what needs improvement The front desk female staff came across as unprofessional. I booked a 45-minute singing bowl session starting at 12:15, and then booked a photographer for 13:00. But at 12:48, the front desk lady called me and even called the singing bowl teacher — while my session was still going on. I think this is basic knowledge for front desk staff: a singing bowl session requires a calm, quiet environment, and my session hadn't even ended yet — it wasn't time for the photographer. After my session ended and I could finally check my phone, But when I got to the front desk, The photographer already left because he was in a hurry. But he arrived at 12:45 — and then said he was in a hurry? The front desk staff's poor coordination not only ruined my need for a peaceful healing session, but also made the hotel's ”photographer service” gift completely useless. At first I thought I would come back to stay here again. But after this experience of inefficient coordination, I'll really have to reconsider whether I want to stay here next time.

We arrived around 70 minutes after visiting the Naval Museum in the evening. We had two rooms, and unfortunately, one of them still had hair from the previous guest in several spots. The laundry rooms on odd-numbered floors are supposed to have two sets of washers and dryers, but I checked the 3rd and 5th floors and they were all broken. So, everyone had to queue up on the 7th floor. I couldn't even finish my laundry until late at night, having to stay up waiting. The Silver Beach has great sand quality and clean water. The downside is that it closes at 6 PM and reopens at 7 AM, so only those with sea-view balcony rooms get a chance to see the sunrise. If you want to avoid the scorching sun and play by the sea in the evening, I recommend booking a beach BBQ nearby; you can enter before 6 PM and stay on the beach until after 9 PM. The hotel's swimming pool is quite good, with a deep end for serious swimming and a children's pool for splashing around. For a beachfront hotel, it's generally well-maintained, and thankfully, you don't find sand everywhere. There's direct access to the pool and Silver Beach from the hotel's basement, with freshwater rinse showers along the way. There are also delivery lockers and tables at the entrance, so there's no need to spend extra on breakfast.
