They even left a guest's sock behind. The phone customer service was also terrible. I called on August 8th, 2026, in the morning, and a female representative had an extremely bad attitude. If they can't extend my checkout until 2 PM, they should just say so clearly instead of giving a bunch of excuses. She finally offered to compensate me by storing my luggage for free. The hardware was decent, but the male receptionists at the front desk all had bad attitudes. They wouldn't even provide a check-in confirmation or receipt without a price, telling me to contact Trip.com instead.

The environment is great and new. The breakfast is rich, with a variety of options updated daily. The staff at the kids' club are particularly warm and welcoming, and children can have a lot of fun playing on the first floor.

This hotel, run by the Textile Sanatorium, impressed us with its exceptionally well-trained and attentive staff throughout our stay. Their service was both professional and flexible, truly going the extra mile with a personal touch. The hotel is very well-maintained, and breakfast offered a delightful spread including Shandong's jianbing, tianmo, steamed buns, and their own homegrown mushrooms and eggs. They even had innovative specialties like durian You Tiao (fried dough sticks). Our room featured silk quilts, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep even on hot summer nights without the need for air conditioning. A special shout-out to Auntie Bian Jing, our cleaning staff, who thoughtfully prepared a small gift for the children. The only minor downside is the absence of a swimming pool.

Traveling to Qingdao with my family, my two-day stay here truly made me feel at home. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and meticulous; the hotel room was clean, tidy, and comfortable; and the breakfast was abundant with local specialties. In particular, the front desk staff's sincerity, professionalism, and efficiency, along with the tasteful small gifts, elevated my impression of the hotel even further. The only downside is that the soundproofing is very poor. If someone in the next room speaks a bit loudly, you can hear it very clearly. This is a significant flaw.

The hotel has excellent facilities, including a park, and the breakfast is fantastic. It's very close to May Fourth Square, and you can easily walk to MixC Shopping Mall and Polar Ocean World. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to the subway for easy travel. It's just a ten-minute walk to MixC shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also a twenty-minute walk to May Fourth Square. However, the soundproofing is poor; you can hear conversations from the next room. The triple room is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't very thorough and could be improved. There's no iron or ironing board in the room. The hotel breakfast is mediocre with a limited variety of fruits. On the day of check-in, our room wasn't ready, so we had to wait for almost an hour, only getting our room key close to 3 PM.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around and close to most attractions. It's right next to MixC, which is great for kids' dining and entertainment. The hotel facilities are new, and the rooms are spacious. Housekeeping is very attentive, providing a full range of children's amenities like small toilet seats, bed rails, and small bottles of water. You can also borrow strollers and sand toys. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and I particularly enjoyed the Shandong-style 'sa tang' (soup) and large steamed bread slices with various spreads. The staff at the kids' club were wonderful with the children; my child was so sad to leave them. We originally booked for five days and four nights, but because Qingdao was cool and our stay was so comfortable, we extended for another four nights. My 3-year-old even called it his 'home in Qingdao'.

The room was great! We arrived early and had to wait a bit, but the front desk kindly upgraded us for free. The room was spacious with a lovely view of sailboats and the sea. The breakfast spread was also excellent. Definitely worth it!
