Hotels with Parking in Lucerne

The breakfast selection was disappointingly small and definitely didn't live up to the hotel's overall standard. Later that evening, after visiting a nearby establishment, I returned to the hotel at 12:30 AM. I rang the doorbell, but no one came to open the door. Having to wait for more than 10 minutes was quite frankly, outrageous.

The hotel room was spotless, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. I really appreciated the double lock for added security, and my individual capsule felt very private. The soundproofing was pretty decent too. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and providing excellent service all around. The hotel's central location is fantastic; it's just a three-bus-stop ride to the train station, and there's a Coop supermarket right next door. Having a microwave, kettle, and fridge was a huge plus – perfect for instant noodles and pre-made meals. The bathroom was spacious and private, complete with a hairdryer. The self check-in system was available in multiple languages, which was very convenient. All in all, a really great stay!

The hotel room and services were decent, but what really stood out was its location. As someone who relies on public transport, it was incredibly convenient. The hotel entrance is only about 100 meters from Platform 3 at the train station. When I traveled from Lucerne to Basel, I caught a train from Platform 3, and it was a breeze getting my 28-inch suitcase on board. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lucerne.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train station. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's and a Starbucks, and it's close to the bridge for easy access to boats heading to Mount Rigi. The only downside was the curtains didn't block out much light, so the room was quite bright at night. The evening I stayed, Spain won their semi-final match, and the street below was filled with fans honking horns and celebrating, which was a bit noisy.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Lion Monument and two stops from the train station. What's even better is that staying here gets you a free QR code for public transportation (valid for all city transport!). The young man at the front desk was very friendly, and the hotel room itself was spacious and clean.

Excellent location (close to everywhere including train station and ferr), friendly staff, nice breakfast, very clean. I did have a challenge with sleeping as the portable a/c and fan are rather loud, but otherwise really good launch pad.

It was a late check-in, so they left an envelope with instructions and keys for us. When I called reception, it turned out the manager spoke 6 languages, including Russian, and guided me through the check-in remotely. Special thanks to manager Bangin Salih for the prompt assistance with check-in and the attentive care for guests. It was a pleasure to feel such care and willingness to help in any situation. The quality of the bed linen was delightful, and the duvet and pillows felt like clouds 💔. The cleanliness, service, and especially the breakfast were beyond all praise 😍

The best part is its proximity to the train station! Just a few steps from the train, you can drop off your luggage and completely free up your hands, avoiding the torture of dragging suitcases over the old town's cobblestone streets. The front desk service was also impeccable, both warm and professional. However, even with such a perfect location and amazing service, there's one fatal flaw – no air conditioning! Who would have thought that Switzerland in late May would defy expectations and be as hot as an oven? Accustomed to powerful air conditioning in Asia, returning to the room at night felt like a complimentary 'Swiss eco-sauna' experience. Location gets full marks, service gets full marks, but for the temperature, we had to rely on our strong willpower for some 'physical cooling'.

Cleanliness and location all good. It’s near a bus stop and we could wait the bus to go to central train station, it’s quite convenient given that we had a travel pass for free. They have hot water provided at reception but the room was quite small and crowded. Overall it’s ok.

The hotel is within a reasonable walking distance of the city centre, making it a convenient base for exploring. However, it can get quite noisy at night, depending on people walking past the hotel and other guests on nearby floors, as the soundproofing isn’t very good. The room also doesn’t have blackout curtains, so it gets quite bright early in the morning. The pillows were too flat for my liking, and I didn’t find the bed particularly comfortable. The coffee machine was also out of order during our stay. That said, the staff were attentive and helpful. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage before check-in at no extra charge, even though their online policy suggested otherwise, which we really appreciated.
