Amazing
GGuest UserThis was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room – seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.
AAnonymous UserI stayed at MO in Sanya before. The facilities were old and the beach was average. I was very disappointed, so I rarely chose MO afterwards.
When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying:
1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍
2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake.
3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place.
The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?
RrongeerThis is my third time staying at this hotel, and it's truly fantastic! The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to Lucerne train station, making it super convenient for getting around. A special shout-out to David, who checked us in – he was warm, humorous, and even upgraded our room for free! ⁽⁽ଘ😇ଓ⁾⁾
TT.HeiLocation good. Only a few minutrs walk from Luzern HBF. Room is clean. Love it, when I see how many sockets the room has near the desk and bed-side tables. Very convenient to recharge all the devices. Room temperature is also perfect. I dont need any heating even though I used to get cold easily even during autumn. Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Enjoyable experience.
PPENGThe pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.
RRebecka BowGreat central hotel close to lake Lucerne. Great breakfast in the morning (until 11am on weekend and 10am midweek). Breakfast was cereal, yoghurt, sausage, bacon, bread, pastries, toast, meats, cheeses, fruit, eggs etc. Lots of selection and all lovely.
The lady on the reception desk was lovely and very helpful (think her name was jasmine).
Reception area great with a vending machine for anything needed.
Only let down was the actual room. Very worn and a very tired room. Such a shame as the rest of the hotel was lovely but unfortunately we wouldn't return as the hotel room was very worn and tired.
LLEONG SHENGMy first experience that the hotel unable to trace my booking from trip.com. I lodge the complaint to customer service and took an hour to resolved at reception. Not sure either hotel or booking platform having problems but both parties compensated coins and free breakfast to us.
GGuest UserSuper clean and cozy. The breakfast is provided with no additional fee and it is a decent quality. City pass is provided via email in advance, so you can register it in your Apple Pay and ride any bus inside Lucerne city. You can take a 19 bus from the Luzern Bahnhof to arrive to the hostel. The hostel has a spacious public place where you can work/study or chill or have a meal by yourself.
No towel is provided and you need to bring your own.
CCHENGYINGThe room is clean, the style is quite medieval, and the furniture and equipment are very tasteful
The service staff are very polite and enthusiastic. Check-in time coincides with summer changes, and the hotel also provides thoughtful reminders~
GGuest UserI love this hotel, much much better than expected. It’s worth the price and performs above this level. Room is decent, a little bit distance from train station but very safe walking because it’s near the business area. Reception people are nice, I didn’t expect to see them in the midnight. Thanks for the hard work.
