We have an additional 4th member of the family joining us last minute and we have to pay the same rate for just for another unit. Paid so much for 2 night stay and room was really small with no kettle or breakfast in comparison to those we have paid for the rest of our Swiss trip.

Convenient location despite being off the town of Luzern. 3 min to bus stop and right next to Groceries like Denner. Need to put 20Eu deposit for hair dryer/ adapter tho. The room is spacious enough for 2 pax. Overall, worth the price paid when compared to other hotels in Luzern.

Nice hotel..great staff and the location is far from crowded which is good. The bus station just around the corner or you could also walk to main train station just 10 mints. Nice view as well from my room ❤️🥰😍

Rom and bathroom were smaller than expectation but cosy with comfortable and clean ambiance. Staff are exceptionally friendly can welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with reasonable price. Great location to public transport and supermarket.
However, they should waive charges for early storage of luggage for in-house guests. They charged me Euro3.00 per piece of luggage!

The hotel location is super great and near by the hotel have 1 supermarket too and the hotel staff do provide us the free bus ticket to explore the city.

Good location, walk to bus station in 1 minute. By Bus to train station only 3 minutes.
A young service man always speak ‘sir’ in his response is really good and friendly. So I want to let you know.

The hotel was located slightly far from city but bus service right across the street.Still walkable as only two bus stops.
The room is small maybe not suitable forXL size people.
The rest just fine ✌️
