Downstairs, there's a cafe where you can have breakfast. It's suitable for tourists."

無無業遊民The hotel is conveniently located right out of the street of the hotel with things to do, restaurants and shops. The window looks straight out of the Alpine snow-capped mountains, and the room is big enough and the toilet is big enough.

MM235681****The room has a charming vintage vibe and is very well-appointed. The hotel offers a swimming pool and a sauna. The hotel itself feels like a museum, full of character and unique touches. Breakfast was also fantastic! And the location? Simply unbeatable! Parking is valet service, with your car stored in the garage across the street. Just remember to notify the front desk about 10 minutes in advance when you need to retrieve it.

AA. BeeBy far, my favorite hostel that I stayed in during my 5 weeks traveling through Europe. Even though there were a lot of people in the room, it was still very quiet, clean, and I hardly ran into anyone. The capsule feel was amazing and I felt safe. The bathrooms were clean, good locker storage space in the hallway and storage space in the room (unsecure). Would stay there again if I'm ever back in Lucerne

II Love TravellingsWe stayed 3 nights in a family room for 4. The room is spacious enough to put all our 5 luggages. The bed is comfy and there is a mini bar which offer free drinks. The location is ideal and walking distance about 10mins to the main train station. The buffet breakfast spread is also good.

LLa_MimiThe hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean !
On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious.
For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here.
I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

LLewisZzzThe hotel's location is very convenient, close to the train station and major attractions. It's a perfect choice for a short stay. However, the price is a bit high; compared to hotels in China costing 300-500 yuan, the rooms are a bit smaller, but I suppose that's acceptable for Switzerland. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth staying here. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast selection is quite good.

黄黄Hotel location is excellent, look at Lake Lucerne, breakfast is good, suitable for children but not extra bed, no parking. The attitude of the service staff is not bad, anyway, I will choose this one next time
