Great service and convenient location. The hotel had sent a message beforehand saying there was no air conditioning, but I didn't pay attention to it, which was my mistake. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a heatwave during my stay in Lucerne, and it was miserable!

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even showed me how to open the lobby door if I returned after 10 PM. The room facilities were complete and quite spacious, though the sloped ceiling was a bit low in places, making it easy to bump your head. Breakfast was also very good, with food usually prepared ahead of time. However, the restaurant staff were a bit cold, not as polite and friendly as the front desk and housekeeping staff.

My room is located near the station, just a 5-minute walk away. Since it’s near the road, I might hear some cars passing by. The host is friendly and accommodating.

Excellent location (close to everywhere including train station and ferr), friendly staff, nice breakfast, very clean. I did have a challenge with sleeping as the portable a/c and fan are rather loud, but otherwise really good launch pad.

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.
