Hotels with balcony in Lucerne

The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies! The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms! The room service person was also very kind!

This was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room – seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.

1 of the most grand & luxurious hotels I've stayed in Switzerland. Very international standard. The room is very comfortable & very high end. They gave complimentary chocolates, toothbrushes (the only hotel that provided these in the whole of my Switzerland trip) & Dyson hairdryer. The service from the staffs here is top notch! The spa is the best quality! My wife & I really enjoyed our time using the sauna, steam room & relaxation area. We went back twice. Also celebrated my wife's birthday at Minamo Restaurant. Best Japanese Omakase dinner we ever had. My wife & I discussed on how are we ever gonna look at Japanese food the same ever again.

A very nice hotel, right next to the Shui Ta Hua Bridge. It's also not far from the train station, about a 5-7 minute walk. The breakfast was delicious, probably the best I've had in the past two weeks. Although the variety wasn't huge, everything was exquisite.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the basic necessities, making it a good choice for business accommodation. However, our booking included dinner, but the front desk couldn't find it... Luckily, I asked what time dinner was during check-in, otherwise, it would have been a wasted trip for dinner.

The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

A few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.

Outside the apartment window is Lake Lucerne! In the evening, sit in front of the window and watch people eat, drink and chat in the restaurant by the lake. In the morning, sit in front of the window and drink a cup of coffee to watch the birds fly by the lake in the morning. Super beautiful! The city of Switzerland is so beautiful! About 15 minutes walk from the train station. There is a big supermarket underground at the train station. I bought steak and salmon back to the apartment to fry. The kitchen utensils and tableware should be complete, which is too convenient. The room is large in size, with a large room with 2 double beds in the living room and dining room, and a separate small room with a double bed. Not satisfied is that 11 o'clock to check out, 11 o'clock cleaning staff came to knock on the door, scared. However, many hotels abroad are going to check out at 11 o'clock. In addition, there is no luggage storage service, which is not convenient for tourists. Fortunately, I found a luggage storage cabinet on the platform of the train station.
