SSimonWe recently stayed at The Grand Hotel and had a mostly positive experience.
The location was very convenient for exploring the city, and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a good variety of tasty options.
However, there was one significant problem that impacted our stay: the air conditioner in our room was extremely loud. The noise and vibration made it very difficult to sleep through the night. We had to choose between being too warm or dealing with the disruptive sound.
Because of this, our stay was good, but not restful. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting a room with a recently serviced or quieter AC unit, or perhaps visiting during a cooler season when you might not need to use it.

When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying:
1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍
2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake.
3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place.
The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?

GGuest UserWe booked three rooms for a family trip. After comparing for a long time, this is the most satisfactory hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. Although there are not many small rooms, it is very convenient to get in and out. It is near the train station and the hotel facilities are very new. If you like creative hotels, don't miss this one. The king-size bed room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane, which is very good for people like me who pursue quality and have a relative cleanliness obsession.
