Later, I checked my emails and realized they hadn't given us water bottles. When I went to the front desk to ask, the staff initially denied it, saying 'How could we not have given you any?' After explaining a few times, they finally provided them. However, the breakfast here was excellent!"

"I stayed at MO in Sanya before. The facilities were old and the beach was average. I was very disappointed, so I rarely chose MO afterwards. When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying: 1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍 2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake. 3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place. The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?"

"Location is great for city shopping. Restaurant is nice and food quality is high. Stayed in a very small room without lake view. People at next building were doing gym and able to look clearly the room without too much privacy. Very noise on traffic due to proximity to the main road if you open windows for fresh air. The bathtub plug is too old and hurt my finger with loose metal chips come off. Recommend to stay only for lake view room during non-peak season. Otherwise, not very cost efficient except you get a big pocket."

"A very, very good hotel! Right by Lake Lucern, it only takes five or six minutes to walk to the cruise ship terminal and the train station. The scenery is unbeatable, with Mount Rigi on the left and Mount Pilatus on the right, the beautiful Lake Lucern in the middle, and the snow-capped mountains behind. The service was courteous and friendly, and sparkling wine was given upon check-in, and it was cooled in an ice bucket in advance, which was very considerate. The bed was very comfortable, and in addition to the regular buffet, there were also hot meals made to order for breakfast, and the freshly made omelets were delicious!"

"This hostel felt like going to a summer camp, all noisy and with lots of companies there. At night though it was rather peaceful, but really hot due to no air conditioning in the room. Lots of convenient lockers for a deposit of 2 CHF that you get back after opening it. Showers too were as if I went to my old dormitory campus, closing with just curtains and no light in the stall behind them, but at least there were plentiful hangers and shelves. Location is pretty far but reachable with a bus, so having a free bus pass was handy (although nobody ever asked to show it). Breakfast was great, lots of choice. For being probably the cheapest option there for a solo traveler, it was really okay."

The restaurant is decorated in a European classical style with a warm flavor. The hotel is in a prime location, close to the river and a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient."
