"This hotel is in a super convenient location, right next to Lucerne train station. It's a lifesaver if you're traveling with luggage or by train.
There's a Migros right across the street, which is perfect for grabbing snacks, drinks, fruit, or daily necessities. It's really quick to stock up before heading back to the hotel in the evening.
And there's a McDonald's nearby too, so if you get hungry late at night or just want a quick bite, you don't have to go far.
The area around the hotel has fantastic amenities, with lots of restaurants and shops. You can easily walk to Lake Lucerne and all the main attractions, and an evening stroll is really pleasant.
With such great transport links and an excellent location, it's highly recommended whether you're traveling independently or visiting Switzerland for the first time.
Overall, my stay was very convenient, saving a lot of time on transport and lugging bags around. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next trip to Lucerne."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money! During the Spring Festival, it was less than 500 a night, which was perfect for a solo traveler. It even has a charming, vintage-style small balcony. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Lucerne train station, and directly below it is what feels like Lucerne's main commercial street. It's also very close to Migros. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Switzerland!"

The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms are spacious. The only design flaw is that there's no door between the bathroom and the room – I wonder if all rooms have this layout?

"The room was clean and tidy, but the sound insulation was not good. The hotel was on the side of the road. There were a lot of vehicles on the road at night, and there was a door next door so you could listen. The room is not air conditioned and very hot. Free parking, free transport ticket!"

The hostel has a spacious public place where you can work/study or chill or have a meal by yourself.

"Facilities: Beyond expectations. Each room is named after a place in Switzerland, and the decor varies accordingly. The room was spacious with many windows, offering views of the train station, the bustling market, and snow-capped mountains in the distance. The corner space was very cozy, and the toilet and bathroom were large.
Cleanliness: Very clean, with no overlooked spots. There was also a beautiful orchid in the room.
Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally gentle and friendly. They proactively and thoughtfully explained how to access water and where to drink it. The mini-bar was free, and upon check-in, we were even given extra bottled mineral water in glass bottles.
Environment: The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the train station, so no worries about carrying heavy luggage. All major city attractions are within walking distance, and the surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant."

KKKQKThe hotel room was spotless, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. I really appreciated the double lock for added security, and my individual capsule felt very private. The soundproofing was pretty decent too. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and providing excellent service all around. The hotel's central location is fantastic; it's just a three-bus-stop ride to the train station, and there's a Coop supermarket right next door. Having a microwave, kettle, and fridge was a huge plus – perfect for instant noodles and pre-made meals. The bathroom was spacious and private, complete with a hairdryer. The self check-in system was available in multiple languages, which was very convenient. All in all, a really great stay!

TTing Ying GohI had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary.
I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to the team for the wonderful service and care!

GGuest UserThe hotel felt very secure, and they offered free luggage storage. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, giving directions and even assisting with our itinerary. When we checked in, they provided a map and a QR code for local public transport, which was super convenient for taking the bus. The location is excellent – it's about a 10-minute walk to the bridge shown in the pictures, and also very close to the ferry terminal and train station.

BBingbingle、Big shoutout to Kilian! We checked in late at night, and luckily, we met Kilian, who was so warm, gentlemanly, and kind. He spoke a bit slower, probably to make sure we understood everything, and he was patient and smiling throughout our entire interaction. His attitude was excellent! He even greeted us proactively whenever we saw him.
The hotel itself is decent; the rooms are quite spacious, which is nice. However, the facilities are a bit old; the floor in our room creaked when we walked on it.
The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, not much to choose from, and the taste was pretty average.

The best part is its proximity to the train station! Just a few steps from the train, you can drop off your luggage and completely free up your hands, avoiding the torture of dragging suitcases over the old town's cobblestone streets. The front desk service was also impeccable, both warm and professional.
However, even with such a perfect location and amazing service, there's one fatal flaw – no air conditioning! Who would have thought that Switzerland in late May would defy expectations and be as hot as an oven? Accustomed to powerful air conditioning in Asia, returning to the room at night felt like a complimentary 'Swiss eco-sauna' experience. Location gets full marks, service gets full marks, but for the temperature, we had to rely on our strong willpower for some 'physical cooling'.

The downside is that the facilities are a bit old, possibly due to the location. The bathtub is quite vintage, and the light switches also have an old-fashioned feel, as do the bedside lamps. The bed is a bit old too, and the room has poor soundproofing. There was a tour group in the middle of the night, and one of the older women's voices was deafening. Given the economical price, sometimes you can accept these things when considering the value.

Our bathroom was across the hall from our bedroom-- which though a little strange --didn't cause us any issues as it was private and clean (and huge). The only critique I have would be about the self check-in. I understand the goals of having a streamlined check-in process, but we didn't recieve the email with instructions, and had no answer to an email of inquiry. It took me phoning the hotel's administration to get an answer, in which the woman was very helpful, but did take away some of our time in Lucerne. If there was a more straightforward process that did not involve using the machine at the front door, as well as having clearer instructions on checking out, the stay would have been perfect.
