"This is an excellent hotel. The presentation is very stylish. The rooms are clean and very well presented. The service is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. A particular mention to Moon, Jenny and David. The location is right in the thick of the old quarter right near Hoan Kiem Lake."
"Great location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff are amazing — always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. I've already stayed here three times and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi!"
"Super great hotel. Front desk given welcome drink while waiting checkin process. A guys will help you carry your luggage to your home and introduce the room for you. Location is best, in the old quarter shops area and next to main road. Hotel upgrade my room and have special fresh flower decorations on bed. Definitely marked as my next visit to Hanoi."
"We had a one night at this hotel before our flight the next morning. We booked a car with the hotel to the airport for 350K, which was very convenient. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, a friend of mine injured her foot so the receptionist navigated us to the nearest doctor’s office. A lot of places to eat and go shopping in the area."
"Fantastic little hotel with very friendly English speaking staff. Room are clean and spacious located right in the old quarters so abundant of shopping and food. Very comfortable and easy especially traveling with 2 kids and a elderly person, would highly recommend this to any family or couples looking for accommodation in Hanoi. The tours aren’t that expensive and definitely worth doing, just ask for Kim you can’t go wrong with any of her recommendations for place to go and eat. Only sight draw back which wasn’t a issue for us was during the weekend the beer street as it is known can get abit noisyand you can hear the background noise in the room but this generally stops by 11:30pm. Otherwise two thumbs up for us."
"We had a fantastic stay whilst experiencing Hanoi winter. The hotel is ideally located between the Hanoi Old Quarters and Hoan Keam lake; around 3min walk to the popular night market,Thang Long water puppet theatre, Bhan Mi Pho, Ngoc Son temple, etc. A quick review of our stay - welcome drink-a nice complimentary warm tea and treats; the deluxe rooms w no view-th7e windows can still be opened which is IMO a highly valuable feature for ventilation purpose; the bathroom uses Aqua Senses premium spa-inspired hotel toiletry line; La enMay spa-professional service, uses premium Sothys massage oils, Majesty Sky Bar-nice view of the red bridge and lake, the staff will switch on the infrared heating lamps and provide blankets to warm you up the winter nights at the roof top!; complimentary daily breakfast-you can order vietnamese coffee, omellets, pho or vegetarian from the ala carte menu plus they also have a small buffet; room service with a small selection of ala carte menu- we ordered a medium well steak which was nicely done; spring roll platter visually stunning using black river stones in a bamboo basket to keep the fried spring rolls lifted and crispy!; we booked the transfer to airport-reasonable usd28 for a 6 seater. The hotel is outstanding in terms of service, cleanliness, taste, punctuality, etc. For the price range, I think this hotel offers the best of its class."
"hotel was located in a convenient spot surrounded with restaurants, massage and mini mart. clean property with spacious rooms. staff were very friendly and helpful. Jolie was so thoughtful and recommend us some nice local stalls when she know we like to try them. the breakfast included were also scrumptious. glad that we had booked this hotel among others. will definitely recommend."
"The location of hotel is convenience, the breakfast was good. Although the food variety is limited, but it tastes good. The service was great and I would recommend people come here to stay for a few days. It was quiet also even at the Hanoi old city."

GGuest UserExceptional service, great location, attention to details! They also sent us off and provided a farewell gift! A true hidden gem!
GGuest UserHanoi Solis offer a great location , clean and well- designed room , and a calm atmosphere . The staff are professional and very helpful, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for staying in Hanoi .
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a good breakfast and spacious rooms. However, one thing to keep in mind is that they might assign you a twin bed, so it’s best to confirm your preference with them in advance. Unfortunately, despite my request, they didn’t fix this issue. The room had a balcony, and unlike many other hotels, it was quiet at night. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were quite nice. They also had a minibar with reasonably priced items, and the hotel café served delicious and affordable food. Another great feature was their motorcycle rental, which costs 200,000 VND per day. For just 50,000 VND worth of fuel, I managed to ride around the city and even covered 40 km while still having half a tank left. The location is convenient as well, close to major attractions like the Old Quarter and the Presidential Palace.
EExpat EDventuresWhat a great location in the middle of the hustle in bustle! This hotel is a family owned and operated business. We met the owners son and wife who manage the property and they are lovely people and give great recommendation. Check-in was quick and seamless. They greeted us with welcome tea and gave us a map with a thorough briefing of the best places to eat and visit. They even ran our luggage up and had someone turn the AC on before we got in our room so it would be cool upon entry. The room was cozy and the bed had a supportive mattress but I am partial to the hard beds of Asia. Breakfast was at the top in a beautiful space and they made your eggs to order. I only wish the shower door did a better job of keeping the water in. We tried to book them after our HaLong Bay cruise canceled but sadly they were fully booked. We will be back!
GGuest UserGreeted by the cutest host (see picture below). Had a package delivered from Hoi An - the host received it for us and kept us updated- very helpful via WhatsApp. Cute coffee place just outside :) needed a place near airport, so the perfect location!
GGuest UserA very cost boutique hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter. For the price of less than 70bucks a night and the distance from all the shops, restaurants and local life, what more can we ask for.
