This is a nice hotel walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake with less noisy. The room condition is better than the one that I booked
earlier at Parklane nearby.

The hotel was in a good location, close to bus stop 86 to the airport. I slept well without any noise.
The front desk was kind and spoke English, the room was clean, and the large bathtub soothed my tired body from walking. However, although instant coffee was set, there was no code for the pot itself to boil water. I thought I should realize that I was staying for 3 nights, even if it was only for 1 night.
I'm very satisfied with this room at this price.

I would recommend picking another hotel. It's clean and central in the old quarter, if those are your only requirements then great, book away. But if you want a comfortable bed, working wifi and not hearing your neighbor's conversation, then this is probably not the place for you.

Staff were very helpful. They speak fluent English. This hotel does not have a dining place and therefore no breakfast. That is not a issue as there are lots of eateries nearby. I put up with Marina Hotel for 5 days, 4 nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay with them.

We started our Vietnam tour here in hanoi, the Marina Hotel is in a great location for the old quater of Hanoi. The rooms are very clean and a good size. The beds are very comfortable, so after a busy day it was perfect. The hotel staff are very helpful, excellent service and cannot do enough for you.
