The hotel is located on a busy street, but because it's tucked away in an alley, it doesn't feel noisy. The room type I originally booked was quite small, so I paid extra to upgrade to a larger room. However, some of the lighting fixtures in the room were damaged, so it wasn't bright enough. Also, if you don't request housekeeping, they won't clean the room or replenish the bottled water.

The hotel's hygiene was terrible. There was no duvet, only a thin sheet, when I went to bed at night. In the morning, the face towel was completely soaked with soapy water (the front desk said it was normal and fine). The room door lock was very difficult to open. The room photos on Ctrip are fake.

This is all false advertising! The pictures displayed on the platform are completely different from the actual room I stayed in. Those photos are stolen from the internet, not a single one is real! Everyone, take a good look – how can a single hotel have rooms with such vastly different styles? It's all a scam!!! When I got to the hotel, the floor was dilapidated, they charged extra for a duvet, there were still hairs on the bed – disgusting! There were hardly any power outlets in the entire room, and there were mold stains everywhere on the walls and the duvet. The bathroom wasn't separated for wet and dry areas, and the room was tiny; I couldn't even open my suitcase. Plus, there were crawling insects on the floor.

It was raining heavily outside, and it was also raining inside the hotel. Everyone please be careful. The overall conditions are just so-so.

The hotel was a bit hard to find, located down a small alley next to a memorial hall, which initially made me think I'd taken a wrong turn. It's the first time I've encountered a hotel like this. **Environment:** Honestly, the sanitary conditions were the worst I've ever experienced. The room was rundown, and the mattress and sheets were old and worn. We didn't dare take off our clothes or use their thin, old comforter when we slept. Thankfully, I brought long sleeves. It was quite a miserable stay. **Service:** The front desk attendant's service was alright. He even saw us off at the door when we checked out, which was a good point. The location wasn't bad either.

The location in the old town is convenient, the room is clean, and the staff are kind. The tour to the Incense Village was arranged clearly and we were able to participate with peace of mind and enjoyment.
