Nice hotel. Very quiet and green. There is a swimming pool but I didn't swim, only for one night stayed. Location is convenient as the attraction Hang Mua is next to it. Also a lot of cafes nearby. And you can walk along the rice fields in the morning, beautiful places around.the room is very large in size.

This place was our most favourite in Vietnam. The man who runs it with his wife is so friendly, always smiling and full of jokes. Every morning we was greeted with a good morning and smiles. We was allowed to rent motorcycle on the sight which was cheap and very good bikes. Plenty of suggestions and a map given if you’re unsure what to do in Da Nang. Always fresh towels given and water, everyday. Me and my Mrs loved Da Nang but staying here was the best place in my opinion. The views you see are just outstanding and only 10 mins away from the main *****

A quiet place with its garden and pool.
Access from the alley or on the side of the river.
The territory is stylishly decorated, with a soul. spacious rooms with a good shower.
There is a rental of mopeds and bikes. Delicious breakfast with a choice of dishes.
The hostess is attentive and tactical. On all issues she will help and tell.
The only minus is good hearing in the wooden room. But the neighbors were quiet and didn't prevent sleep.

I was very lucky to stay here during my Ninh Binh stay. The rooms are very comfortable, luxuriously large, and very clean. The breakfast is à la carte and large. The staff are so friendly and helpful. (I had left my kindle there and they arranged it to arrive to me in under 24h to Hue!) The location was convenient, although nothing special. But who needs special when all of Ninh Binh is special :)
Super shoutout to Anh, Vi and their other male colleague whose name I didn’t catch. Anh went out of her way to help me ship my kindle. And Vi was always friendly and helpful, one step ahead :)
You won’t be disappointed in booking the Greenary Garden.

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The place is clean, and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities are fully provided. The house has a total of four rooms and four bathrooms, which is very convenient.
The upstairs room is accessed via a staircase, but the steps are quite narrow. You need to be extra careful when going down—one of my friends actually slipped and fell, so caution is highly recommended.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. It’s also conveniently located, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The surrounding atmosphere is lovely, clean, and visually appealing. From the accommodation, you can start your hike up Mua Cave as early as 6 AM.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with great surroundings and good value for money.

The hotel owner is an extremely responsive and friendly woman, always ready to start a conversation, and is always willing to help with any questions or offer local sightseeing directions. The hotel itself is new and is still in the process of adding new rooms, but the workers weren't there during the New Year's holidays when I stayed, so I can't assess the extent of the construction noise or whether it interferes with my stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the bustle of traffic, which is a plus, and it offers beautiful mountain views. They also have their own restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat, which is convenient if you're too lazy to trudge anywhere. Bikes are only available for rent to those with a valid license and bikes. The rooms are quite spacious.

If you have a lot of luggage or it's your first time here, you might find it a bit inconvenient. The surrounding area isn't very well-lit at night, so it's a bit dark, and you should be a little careful when returning.
However, the upside is that there's an entire street nearby filled with food stalls and plenty of snack options, making it super easy to grab a bite. You don't have to walk far to sort out all your meals, which is a big plus for anyone who loves local street food.
Overall, if convenience for food is a priority and you don't rely heavily on public transport, you could consider it. But if you depend a lot on the MRT or prefer a bright and lively environment at night, you might want to reconsider. That said, the overall value for money is good.

AAnonymous Userthe most wonderful accommodation that envelops you in the local ecosystem. one of the two large windows in my room faced a large pond which really made me feel at peace. the host couple is kind, warm, and attentive. As someone with high standards for cleanliness I can say that the cabins are not only new but very well-cleaned, including the bathroom. also I love that they set up a floor seating spot in the room I love laying on the floor. when I got sick the hosts took good care of me and the room with its large windows and beautiful view was the best place to be stuck inside in.

AAdelina_prideAfter a month of traveling around Vietnam, we were looking for a cozy and quiet place to stay, so we chose The Same Home. Upon arrival and seeing everything in person, we loved it so much that we extended our stay. The hostess speaks excellent English and will tell you all about local attractions and things to see.
For easy transportation, you can rent bicycles (60,000 VND per day) or a motorbike (150,000 VND per day).
Accommodation:
Gorgeous, bright rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, a spacious bathroom with soap, shampoo, and shower gel. The room also includes a kettle, dishes, a hairdryer, a closet with clothes hangers, and a large TV.
Daily cleaning service, drinking water, and daily towel changes are also provided.
Breakfast: A delicious breakfast was included in the room rate; everything was delicious and fresh! Each guest can choose one dish from a large menu (various egg dishes, rice dishes, soups, toast with jam, etc.), as well as one drink of their choice (coffee, juices, teas) and a large fruit platter.
Location:
Conveniently located, this cozy and quiet place to stay is nestled between mountains and rice terraces. All popular attractions are a 15-20-minute bike ride away.
The house has a large parking lot where you can park your bike.
Swimming Pool:
A large, clean pool, approximately 7 meters long, with comfortable sun loungers where you can relax, read a book, or simply sunbathe.

Verrete accolti da un lussureggiante giardino che gira attorno ai piccoli stagni e dal sorriso della gentilissima proprietaria; la signora è super gentile, ci ha prestato in modo gratuito delle biciclette e ha provato con Google Translate a fare un po' di conversazione. Quando ve ne andrete vi sarete affezionati, ve lo assicuro!
Il cibo casalingo preparato dalla signora è buono e anche più economico di tanti locali attorno a Tam Coc o Ninh Binh. Qualunque cosa vi offra, assaggiatela!
La figlia della proprietaria, che parla inglese, si è molto spesa per aiutarci e ci ha dato preziosi consigli.
La camera era spaziosa e i pavimenti pulitissimi, ma sulla pulizia in generale c'è ampio margine di miglioramento sia all'interno delle camere/bagni sia negli spazi esterni. Il servizio di laundry c'è ma non me la sento di consigliarlo molto.

GGuest UserThe swimming pool was very happy, the hotel was surrounded by the mountains, it was not too convenient to go out, so we rented a motorcycle to play everywhere and it was perfect... The hotel's breakfast is not too much, let's eat alive, the price is so cheap and don't expect everything to be perfect. The toilet window in the room cannot be closed tightly, so there are often mosquitoes in the room, but there are simple children's amusement facilities in the hotel garden with electric mosquito patties. Overall very good!

GGuest UserThe room is great with good service. We got welcome drinks and snack after a long ride with traffic jam from Hanoi. I like that it has a very relaxing vibe. I enjoyed my stay.
However the location might not be that convenient, had to get a Grab to go around. The hotel is located in a small alley and very narrow sidewalk. There is no street light at nighttime as well. This is the down side, but the good thing is this place is quiet, so we were able to have a good sleep. Breakfast is also not bad.

Service and staff were spot on and very attentive. Feels more like a home stay I can’t imagine how the staff could be any better.
Two things to mention.
If you’re looking for a good sleep I wouldn’t recommend due to chickens, dogs and other animals constantly making loud noise. I slept with headphones on so in the end didn’t matter. But what to expect when you’re sleeping in the middle of the mountains!
Two -the breakfast is cook to order with limited options so it took a long time to get our food and coffee. Plus the options were unhealthy. Would have been nice for porridge and fruit.
The experience was incredible, felt like a true paradise in the jungle.
We loved our stay.
We would stay again if we visited!

CConnorscapeThe family that runs this gorgeous little homestay is really wonderful and kind and always helpful and friendly. They provided us with a map for the area with tips and recommendations and also rented us a motorbike. The room was comfortable, clean and the included breakfast was absolutely perfect (I always ordered the banana pancake). The pool area is also really pretty probably the prettiest in the area. From the roof of the building you can see a lot of the surrounding landscape and the kids who go to the local school are all fun and friendly.
