We had a very nice stay at Panwaburi Beachpoint Resort and truly enjoyed our time there. The resort itself is comfortable and relaxing, but what really made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. All the staff were very welcoming, especially the night bellboy. We arrived at the resort quite late, almost 10:00 PM, and unfortunately the bike rental shops nearby were already closed. Our toddler had not eaten yet, so we needed to go to the nearest 7-Eleven, which was about 1 km away and too far to walk with a child at night. One of the staff members (I’m very sorry I can’t remember his name) went out of his way to help us by offering his friend’s (the security staff’s) bike so we could get food for our toddler. This thoughtful and caring gesture meant so much to us and showed genuine concern for guests. It was indeed a memorable birthday trip for our daughter, and this kind act made it even more special. Because of this wonderful experience, we felt truly taken care of. For sure, we will stay here again and highly recommend Panwaburi Beachpoint Resort to others. Note for Muslim travelers: Please be aware that pork is served at the buffet, so the food is not halal. 😊

Had a great time in Amatara resort! Pros: - Overall beautiful, quiet resort with nature, many facilities - private beach, gym, sauna, spa, restaurants. Pool is big and has a really nice view looking out in to the Andaman sea. - Really good breakfast! Plenty of protein, fiber and carbs, pastry, fruits options. - Service is great! All staff spoke very good English and are super attentive. Buggy carts that drive you to and from the room give a premium feel. The team are super friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel great. - One for one cocktails at Sun & Moon bar were very good and worth it! - Has a nice dinner at their restaurant as well. It might seem pricy, but to our surprise it was nice and worth it. Attentive service, good food and presentation. Cons: - Rooms are a tiny bit dated. They are pretty well maintained, but time takes its course, specially when you’re in a near-sea climate. - There’s a lot of nature surrounding the resort, so there are a lot of mosquitoes. Would recommend bringing insect repellent. - Gym is small, expected more from a “welleisure” resort. That said it has most of the equipment you might need for a simple workout. - Spa looks like it has a ton of facilities, but we felt it’s way too overpriced. Maybe it’s worth it? We didn’t try

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is a bit too remote. At night, the road outside the hotel is completely dark, so you're pretty much limited to dining at the hotel restaurant. However, you need reservations for dinner, and during Chinese New Year, it was impossible to get one. We ended up ordering takeout (though options were limited, and you had to pick it up yourself from the front desk). While there's a beach, the waves were too strong to really swim. The service, however, was excellent. We only booked this hotel because we were going to Similan the next day. P.S. Similan isn't worth it unless you're deep diving; snorkeling and a day trip are definitely not worth it.
GGuest UserI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made
Sorry for the long review but I was not too impressed
LLynnOhThe resort is conveniently located close to Patong Beach. One thing that impressed us most was the strong focus on security. All incoming vehicles are scanned by security guards, and there are also two guards stationed to stop traffic and assist guests crossing the road between the hotel and Patong Beach. This shows that security is taken seriously at the resort.
During our 4-night stay, we noticed that the breakfast menu was largely the same every day, which became repetitive after a few days. The staff also cleared plates very quickly once you finished eating. It felt a bit rushed at times, but we noticed this seemed to be a common practice at many restaurants in Phuket, so it may be part of the local dining culture.
The staff were polite throughout our stay. Housekeeping was excellent and generous in replenishing supplies. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the lounge area with snacks available while waiting for our room to be ready.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, with good service, strong security measures, and a convenient location near Patong Beach.
GGuest UserWe loved the overall experience as a family of four. It was only a short boat ride from Phuket. Although the beach was small, there was a private pool in our villa which we loved. We swam in the private pool when it was sunset. It was so pretty.
The majority of the staff was also incredibly friendly, with almost every service available 24/7.
Impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Naka Island Hotel. None of them went past us without smiling and greeting us, and almost everyone we met was ready to engage in little conversation to help us settle into the environment. It was so chilled all around, the surroundings and the accommodation, our nerves were rested for a good few days. Beautiful local excursions also available. We went on a little hike to Tad zoo beach which proved to be a little of an adventure because of the 30-min arduous walk for the kids. Once there, not only did we enjoy the beach chilled atmosphere, we got on jet skis with some discounts to the hotel prices too. Upon return to hotel, we jumped into the private pool overlooking the beach at sunset. An amazing experience hard to forget.
Breakfast was exquisite. It had the blend of modern western food and local Thai food. The noodles were delicious, broth was excellent. Got a shoulder and back massage free of charge at the entrance to the veranda restaurant (breakfast restaurant) - knowing how much it would cost, it made my day. Would recommend the Muay Thai to anyone seeking a workout with a touch of Thai culture. The instructor was friendly and funny. He identified my daughter’s talent in the sport. When we go back to HK, I will have another perspective to work on.
SShishinonoOur stay at Cassia Phuket was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Loft Room, and the view of the lagoon and the beach from our room was simply breathtaking — it felt like waking up in a postcard every morning.
The hotel’s location is perfect, with direct access to both the lagoon and the beach. One of our favorite parts was the complimentary ferry that takes guests across the lagoon to the beach every 20 minutes — such a fun and convenient touch that made getting around effortless.
The atmosphere at Cassia is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. The modern design of the rooms, the lively community spaces, and the stunning natural surroundings made our stay unforgettable not to forget mentioning pet friendly hotel.
Cassia Phuket truly captures the best of relaxation, style, and island charm!
DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style. The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.
GGuest___My favorite place to stay in Phuket. Staying here for the second year, and this time I was excited to get back to see the amazing people who work here, and I was happy to see them again ❤️

Having a second-year experience with this hotel, I want to leave an in-depth review for management, as I believe it can help them have the right picture for their further benefits.
As much as this is my favorite hotel, I want to note that this is the only hotel in Thailand where I’m always unsure if I’ll be lucky enough to have a nice stay. Experiences in the rooms are like day and night — fully contrasting.
I booked for 5 days initially because I remembered there was a high possibility I wouldn’t enjoy the stay depending on the room assigned.
My first three days were a real struggle — the guests next door changed twice, but they all woke up at 4 am for the airport. During the day it felt like we were in one room, and every time they came in or went out, the door slammed so loudly that a few times I checked if it was my door, thinking housekeeping came in while I was trying to rest. Thus, I couldn’t sleep at night, couldn’t rest during the day, and ended up with strong headaches very quick.
To give you an idea — I even went to the beach to try to sleep for one day, but the next day it rained, so I had no choice but to return to the front desk in the evening and ask again for another room 🫤 It took about 10 minutes to explain how hard my three days were, and luckily, I was understood this time.
It appears I lost 4 days of enjoyment — 3 non-sleep days and 1 recovery day, as I finally managed to sleep 16 hours straight in a quiet room 🫥.
The point is - I could stay for 3 days and move to another resort with quite rooms for the same price, or I could make an effort communicating the issue with front desk staff and then stay for a few weeks.
I really appreciate that front desk changed the room in the end, because I finally feel like I am resting, not fighting for the paid comfort.
So, for management: rooms with connecting doors are like a hostel atmosphere, not a private room.
Guests are not noisy, but the thin connecting door shares every sound — TV, conversations, shower, hairdryer, etc etc — and I had no choice but to hear it.
The front desk guys were always polite and even said they would ask neighbors to be quiet, but the issue is not the guests.
As long as I stay in a room without a connecting door, I can happily extend my stay for weeks without bothering the front desk. But with a connecting-door room - even a short stay can be 24 hours uncomfortable. I believe considering this point could benefit the hotel by ensuring more satisfied guests and longer stays.
Hhellenxiao831Reading other reviews made me a bit nervous at first, but after checking in, I found it to be absolutely wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the Thai-style gardens and pool were fantastic. Plus, the hotel is right on the beach – just a short walk from our room, which was incredibly convenient. My child loved it so much they didn't want to leave!
The only downside is that there's nothing much outside the hotel; it's a bit isolated. So, if you're looking for a relaxing hotel stay with family fun, this place is perfect. There are a few restaurants by the sea, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's really great! I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.
AAnisurrahmansMy stay at the Andakira Hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. We were greeted with a cool towel and a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch after a long journey.
Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries.
The hotel's amenities are top-notch. We spent an afternoon by the beautiful infinity pool, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a great mix of local and international dishes, all of which were delicious.
Its location is also a major plus, with easy access to public transport and main attractions.
We cannot recommend the Andakira Hotel highly enough. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we will definitely be returning.
Highlights:
· Exceptional, friendly staff
· Beautiful, clean rooms with great views
· Excellent pool and amenities
· Delicious and varied breakfast
KKelly8692Pros - it is quite near to Phuket International Airport - around 30-35mins. The Resort is very big, near to the sea and provides free shuttle to Kata & Karon Beach and free Kayaking to the guests. We had the sea view room and the view everyday was great. The location is very far from central/downtown which is why it is very peaceful to stay here. The rooms are slightly outdated, but they are kept very clean so the outdated part doesn't feel much. The staff is also very kind and helpful. Overall its a nice resort to stay for a short while as it is quite far.
Cons - For the 4days we stayed there, we did not like the breakfast as much. The breakfast area and view was very good, but every time we went for breakfast - it was always served cold. No matter we went early or late for breakfast, the food was always cold. There is a lot of variety in breakfast but none of them tasted good because it was always cold or not warm enough. The resort is really very far - around 1hrs 20min from the main tourist areas like Kata, Patong and Karon beach, so if you are planning to travel to these places - plan accordingly. As it is expensive and far to travel back to the resort. Also since it is far - there is no market or small shops nearby the hotel that you can walk up to in the evening. The only choice is to stay at the resort, swimming pool or inside the resort because the road that drives up to the resort is quite steep to walk.
Overall it was a comfortable stay but it was a bit of hassle with the breakfast and travel back to the resort. This is why I am giving 4stars.
