"This hotel is great with all facilities, the swimming pool perfect even they give a drink while we swimming, they also provide transport to central festival for 2 timing which on 11am and 5pm. The area also easy to walk to amazon cafe and 7e. The staff is helpful and always smiling whenever help is needed. I will definitely come back one day."

"The Hotel was great and conveniently located next to a highway, which made it fairly easy getting into city centre. Staff were polite and friendly and offered some great sightseeing tips. The room was spacious and had a view of the mountains in the distance. There was also a complimentary refreshment station for guests in the lobby, which was a nice touch. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to other travellers."

"We had an excellent stay at Sannot Riverside Boutique hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for the duration of our stay in Chiang Mai. The staff at reception, cleaners and restaurant were fantastic and went the extra mile to assist us during our stay. The hotel was beautiful with the plants, grounds and building maintained well. Some minor suggestions for consideration would be making the pool heated as it was beautiful however to cold to swim in for the duration of our stay. Secondly, the western breakfast would be better with some variety, we ate the same thing each morning which was not ideal. Thirdly, the tv channels could be better if there were more English channels to choose from. Lastly, we would have liked to have larger tea cups in the room."

"The accommodation was clean, and the bed was incredibly soft. There's a coffee bar service available. While there's no balcony, the bathroom is spacious and comes with a hairdryer. Parking is also provided. It's close to a shopping mall, making transportation convenient with multiple access routes. However, if it's late at night, you'll need to use an alternative entrance on the other side of the mall."

"Maladee is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a small place, but super warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a modern style, and absolutely spotless — everything felt brand new. What really stood out was the staff. They were so kind and took care of us like family. The location was a huge plus. I’ve stayed in Nimman and the Old City before, but both felt a bit crowded and noisy. Maladee is just a short walk from Tha Phae Gate, but it feels like a peaceful resort. In the mornings, I could hear birds singing, and at night it was so quiet — I slept really well. Another thing I loved was the free afternoon tea and the fun daily activities the hotel offers. It made the whole experience feel extra special. It’s just a 5-minute walk to 7-Eleven, and super close to the Night Bazaar. There are lots of restaurants nearby too, including Michelin-listed ones like Ekachan restaurant. And the hotel’s own restaurant? The food was amazing! Honestly, it was a perfect stay, and I’m already planning to come back."

"Wonderful hotel. Amazing landscaping and aesthetic in Lanna style. Lovely room with Japanese toilet! Excellent location - an oasis of calm from the relative hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai (which was actually very calm and relaxing city to be be). I will definitely come back. Breakfast was nothing amazing and the coffee was awful. But the free mini bar was a great touch. Better to go for massage in local places than Waya."

"Great location with restaurants, supermarket, massage shops, night markets, etc. within the vicinity. Room is clean and well maintained. Swimming pool was under renovation and guests would have to take chartered transport to Shang-Ri La Hotel nearby if they wanted to use the pool. Gym opening hours are too short though; 7am-7pm. Value for money hotel for anyone looking for good location and halal eateries."
