Amazing hotel, both interior & exterior are well maintain! Awesome breakfast, wide range of choices! Great service & polite staff! Room are spacious and provide various amenities. Will book this hotel again if i ever visit Chiang Mai!

房間每天都爆滿，可能是因為天燈節。每天房型都説不確定能不能第二天續住，這是清邁旅遊旺季或者節日所有酒店的通病，沒辦法，這幾天又下雨🌧️，布草可能有些來不及烘乾供應，有一個枕頭套都是濕的，反饋給前台了，今天續住換房看看有沒有改善酒店人不容易可以理解，房間有陽台還是不可以吸煙的今天酒店前台告知才知道，一直以為陽台可以抽煙。酒店各方面都挺好的，要考泰國駕照酒店也會配合開住址證明。

Pleasant stay in the city. one nimman, restaurants, massage, coffee house, bars are next door. Breakfast is good, variety of choices.
Only one thing no good is no place to hang the clothes when showering.
Slipper provided is flipflop and heavy. I request them to send light slipper, and they fabric/textile type of slipper to my room in 5-10 mins.

The staffs were very helpful and attentive. They are willing to help out on every request with immediate response. Really enjoy my stay at the hotel, definitely will be back soon.

I stayed here with my family. Very close to the Main Street and many attractions. The room was clean and big and spacious. The hotel felt new and comfortable. Would recommend to stay and I will definitely be returning.

Breakfast spread was not bad, had an egg station and a noodle station, fresh juices were ample along with hot drinks to choose (latte, cap, chocolate, tea, etc.)
The room was nothing extraordinary, acceptable in general, but the bathroom (shower part) lighting was extremely lacking, almost non-existent…..
(You can see in the picture there’s NO LIGHTS from above after you close the door, only a very dim ***** light near the floor beneath the sitting area, the rest solely relies on some outside light coming through the covered glass…………..)
(The picture inside the shower “looks” bright, but that’s only because of the phone’s camera auto-adjusting)
Some rooms are not so good with noise, just depends on luck I guess.

Friendly staff, clean and nice hotel room; you can have cocktails beside the lobby and enjoy the beautiful view at the rooftop pool.
