The room facilities are complete, and there's a balcony for drying clothes. The nearby Maya shopping mall has everything you need. In the evenings, there's a small food street on a road close to the hotel, and parking is convenient for self-driving.

This hotel was surprisingly good! I only booked it because my first choices were unavailable, but it turned out to be excellent. First off, the location is unbeatable. It's directly across from Maya Mall, with a Japanese street right downstairs, and only a five-minute walk to One Nimman. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, shops, and massage places nearby. The front desk staff were helpful and spoke a little Chinese, and they even extended our check-out time until 1 PM. Getting taxis to anywhere was quick and easy. Our room was spotless every day, the staff were always smiling, and the breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options. I'm definitely planning to stay here longer next time!

The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to MAYA and One Nimman. Despite our room is facing the nightlife and main road, the noises are bearable and activities end by midnight. Some fixtures required upgrades and maintenance. Great service by the friendly staff. Our requests were attended promptly.

Overall a very good stay. The service was excellent and the suite room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is a real highlight. It is central, convenient, and ideal for getting around Chiang Mai. A couple of downsides. The pool was quite cold, and the sauna was not operating during my stay. I did not try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Due to the central location, it can be noisy at night, with street noise noticeable until around 11pm. In summary, a strong option for comfort, service, and location, especially if nightlife noise does not bother you.

Opposite Maya mall, convenient location to grab food and supermarkets. Room is basic with a long table so there’s plenty of space to put your stuffs. However we found the room to be rather dark at night. Would be great if the lights were brighter. Smart tv available. The aircon is very cold no matter how I try to change the temperature. We stayed on the 4th floor (city view), and we could hear loud music from downstairs that goes on till late night. Breakfast is good (not much vegan options). Staffs are very friendly.

Book bedroom suite mountain view - room v spacious and king bed very comfortable. Since it has a kitchen, would be a great idea to provide knives or cutting board? Washing detergent? Ascott is more equipped. Toilet layout is perfect for couples but not so for normal friends. If one is using toilet or bathing or showering, others can’t use as there’s no separate door for toilet and shower/bath tub. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay. Will stay again when I next go to Chiang Mai.
