I had a wonderful two-night stay at Mövenpick Suriwongse Chiang Mai. The breakfast was excellent with a great of options! Also, they have a free chocolate fondue time around 16:00-17:00 pm. I had an amazing stay and would love return the next time I'm in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!

Great location, walk to Sunday night market is near. Foot message nearby. Room is clean. If the room light can be brighter and it will be better! Staff is helpful. Free chocolate daily from 4pm to 5pm. Delicious variety breakfast … yummy yummy

The room was old and had a musty smell. The congee buffet had limited options and there was no breakfast in room service.

Conveniently located, with a large market and a vibrant night market right downstairs. There are plenty of dinner options in the evening, and you can even catch some performances. A 7-Eleven convenience store nearby makes it easy to grab snacks or bread when you're hungry. The service is also very attentive.

I stayed here seven or eight years ago. Originally, it was a twin room, but the hotel specially added another bed for me and even converted the sofa into a small bed. The service was absolutely excellent.

The location is decent. The lobby is lovely, the bar staff is also excellent, including the bellboys, but! The attitude of the front desk staff and the cleanliness of the room are simply disgusting. I checked in for a couple of days and then extended my stay for another four. The first few days, I felt unwell and didn't pay attention to the cleanliness of the room. There was a lot of dust, especially on the bed where my head was. There were cobwebs on the furniture, and the shower stall was covered in mold stains, very dirty walls. I asked for daily cleaning and left a tip, but it didn't help. This hotel is completely unsanitary! When I went to reception and said I was leaving three nights early and explained the unsanitary conditions in the room, the employee simply told me I wouldn't get a refund. That's all they said! Disgusting guest service, unworthy of an international brand!
