Watch the video! It's no different from a horror movie! I've never stayed in such a dilapidated, dirty, and messy hotel. And it's supposedly a Ctrip 4-star. The reviews must be fake. 1. All the faucet handles and doorknobs are either missing, damaged, or misaligned. 2. All the furniture is peeling and flaking. 3. The highly-praised Jacuzzi on Ctrip reviews must be fake too. The Jacuzzi massage button is broken, and the water that comes out, just watch the video, it's all muddy water! I seriously thought I was watching a horror movie!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Room was simply not fit for purpose, filthy room that looked as if it had never been cleaned. Mould in the shower, grime in the bathtub. Leaking faucet. Flush in the toilet didn’t work. Paint was peeling off the walls and flaking off. Hotel refused to take any responsibility and maintained the booking was non-refundable even though it was a clear health and safety issue with BLACK MOULD in the bathroom. 0/10. AVOID.

Hands down, this is the most value-for-money hotel in Chiang Mai for the 200-300 baht price range. The rooms are at least 40 square meters, come with a small kitchenette and a fridge, and you can charge your devices right by the bed. While the decor is a bit dated, the cleanliness is surprisingly good, better than many older hotels. The rooftop buffet is no longer available, but the pool is still open and a decent size. The location is great, near Maya Mall and Nimmanhaemin Road. Before 6 PM, you can even walk directly from Huay Kaew Road. The hotel entrance area is very quiet, surrounded by a purely residential neighborhood with no noisy businesses or dodgy people around.

The room was really spacious and the location was great. It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but that didn't bother me at all. It was excellent value for money! We were out and about every day, so for a place just to wash up and sleep, it was perfectly sufficient.

The room was dated, the service attitude was poor, and the cleanliness was just so-so. The air conditioning in the room was noisy, and I could clearly hear the roar of planes passing by. The worst part was that there was a party on the fifth floor every weekend until midnight. I was staying on the sixth floor and could clearly hear the loud yelling and music (complaining did no good, it went on until 12 AM).

Spacious hotel and rooms, clean, super comfortable. Sadly rooftop is currently in state of half ruin but swimming pool was operating fine. Gym older but machines working well. Great location. Really tasty breakfast buffet. I will be coming back
