"Booked a stay to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. Got a club room because he once booked it for me on my 29th. Club lounge was super cool! All went well the day we checked in and the next. Charmine was great! On the third day, hmm well we felt slightly unwelcomed because we sat waiting for 45min and the staff were just doing their own stuff. So we just asked for a drink each and left. Location is great, many food options nearby. Room was huge and comfortable. VIEW WAS AMAZING. Did not use the gym or pool, but we went to take a look; there was no one using as well. Overall a pleasant stay and special mention for the surprise cupcake that was left on our door handle on my husband’s birthday! We appreciate the kind gesture ♥️"

"We came here november 12 with my husband and our first tike to travel in singapore and we choose this hotel because some of my friends told me to book this hotel because in front only the bus station and the mrt not too far .The price is not that expensive and it's ok ...A lot of filipino stayed here in hotel and i would like to thanks to staff jevania who assist on us in the hotel reception and the staff also who cleaned in our room number 828 .This hotel is kind of old but comfortable and the service is good.Thank you we definately be back💕🫶🙏🇸🇬"

"I had a great stay at Aloft Singapore Novena. The hotel is modern and well-located near Novena MRT, plus they provide a convenient shuttle bus every 30 minutes. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great rain shower. Staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the rooftop pool and 24-hour gym. Breakfast at Nook had a solid variety of options. Overall, it's a stylish hotel with excellent value for both business and leisure travelers."

"Clean room with helpful staff, they are practicing online check in which is super cool and few steps away, and the workers are very friendly too. There’s a bus stop right in front and it is easy to hop around"

"Hotel has an excellent location that's well-connected to many transport options. Room was very clean, had a great view and the bed was mostly comfortable. The pillows are a bit too thin though and they did not provide sufficient support. I had a bit of a neck ache after sleeping on them, even with two pillows stacked together. Staff kindly allowed me to have a late checkout upon my request. Overall, was pretty satisfied with my stay."

"Pros: Clean. Close to a small shopping mall. A bus stop just steps next to it. Kitchenette for simple cooking. Cons: No hairdryer, slippers, tissue paper. No lift, not recommended it you have big luggage. Praise to the hotel staff (the lady at the reception who I forgot to get her name) for her friendliness."

"Room is a bit small for 2 travellers but for the price, beggars cannot be chooser. Also still no wifi in the rooms, only in public area. But overall the stay is comfortable and each room has a private bathroom. If you are on a budget, it is a good choice."

"Was a short travel of 2 nights. Hotel was clean, Staff was helpful and did help me catering my baggage. I was way too early on the check in day. Check in and check out process was smooth. Bed was great with great pillows options. Room was just nice but i suppose the working table was a little too small. The rest was alright, breakfast was meh too... the garlic naan was bad. hard as rock and wasnt heated up good. Dhall was bad too just watery... :((( The only thing that i took a lot of mind with is the speed of elevator, there is only 2 elevator to rooms. And there is about 19 floors ? thats way too less. One extra elevator was just for parking. I suppose more improvement can be done here. The speed of elevator could be speed up too at least... door opens before closing even if you pressed close. (if not gonna build another one, at least speed it up) this i was disappointed.... the rest was ok.. 3.7 / 5 i guess ?"

"It’s a clean place. Near bus stop so commute is easy. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Near Cheers convenience store and there are also nearby markets and laundry shops. Accessible. Alight Bus #140 or 145 for lower fare (expect more stops-but you’ll enjoy the view on each stops until you reach your destination) or Bus #130, faster route/less stop but costs more. Not near MRT station. We were mostly out on the 3 days we stayed in SG and the room is comfortable to rest and freshen up. The room we were in doesn’t have bathroom door, and only has glass partition that doesn’t reach the ceiling. Still, no funky smell reached the bed area when someone does #2, good ventilation. The 1 bed is big enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. There’s a small table and 1 chair for dining which is enough for us. There is also a window which helps make the room less claustrophobic, and we get natural light in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay. Economical and still comfortable based on our experience."
