"The hotel were renovating during our stay however there were major issues. Improvement could be made to provide ample car parking for guests. Overall the two bedroom overlooking the lake has beautiful views. It’s full equipped and we enjoyed great cooked meals."

"A very beautiful hotel which needs a bit of uphill walk for about 15 mins from the town centre. There're no shops restaurants in the neighbourhood but one can eat at its restaurant or room service. The room itself is very spacious, clean, well equipped and our room overlooks the lake which is great. The pickup point for Milford Sound tour we joined is along the street in front of the hotel (Stanley Street). I tried the buffet breakfast which is so so with limited choices. Overall I love this hotel especially the price is great compared with other hotels at the very central location."

"The front desk staff were very friendly, and all staff member we met inside was warm and welcoming. They explained everything clearly before we checked in. The price was very reasonable, and they even thoughtfully arranged a sea view room for our family. The room was well-equipped, and provide very nice breakfast . We were very satisfied with our stay! "May 2025 stay. There are no bedroom slippers and the design of the toilet doesn’t quite make sense to me, it has gaps between the doors hence it’s super cold when i get out of the shower even when i already turned off the aircon. Shower screen glass is not totally opaque which can be awkward. We also requested extra hangers 3 times as we had a long stay and only got it the third time we asked. Otherwise, i think the room is cozy. Breakfast is standard everyday. Location wise you need to walk down the hill to the central area and walk back up which can be tiring. Caught a rainbow on one of the mornings during our stay :)"
