The Hotel is a bit far from city, but we are driving, so not a problem. There is a sauna, spa and swimming pool. Rooms is big, clean and comfortable.

No lift access for the top floor which makes it inconvenient for guest with big luggages.  Top floor has beautiful view and overall stay was  Comfortable with good service from staff.

Overall, it's decent. The view from the window offers a distant panorama of snow-capped mountains. The location is quite convenient for getting around, but the hotel has limited parking spaces, which isn't ideal for self-driving tourists exploring New Zealand's South Island. Although the underground car park has two or three levels, it was always full when we drove down. The hotel charges for parking daily, but if you arrive late, you'll often find no available spots and will need to find alternative parking yourself. Most of Queenstown's attractions are nearby, with the cruise activity center less than 1 km away. It seemed that Queenstown required the least amount of driving during our South Island road trip, making its convenience excellent.

The reception service was good but a bit disappointed that hand soap and hair conditional was not refilled. We have to ring for service. This hotel is not walking distance to main city central- need driving. No free car parking. $15 over night. Overall room comfy.

A little out of town (20 min walk up a hill), parking available on-site for additional cost. Very generously sized room. The only mishap we had was we booked a lake view room but the system had mistakenly double booked so we were given an alpine view room instead. We were there for 3 nights only and at the end of our NZ trip so we'd already soaked in the amazing views ; it would've been more disappointing had it been the start of the trip. The manager was very helpful and refunded the difference in price, though we would've very much preferred not being put in that position to begin with. Would suggest triple checking before your stay if room views are important to you

The hotel isn't very new. The family connecting room I booked wasn't actually given; instead, they gave us two adjacent single rooms. I'd suggest just booking single rooms directly. The two-bedroom apartment 5401 on the last day was pretty good, but it only had one bathroom, and the door was broken 😂.

We booked the lakeside suite. Every morning we are greeted by the amazing view! Just one minute walk from the bus stop, which connects the town centre and the airport. Convenient. Loved it and recommended!
