Scenic Suites Queenstown

Definitely a five-star rating! The location is excellent, within walking distance to the town and the cable car station. The room is spacious and brightly lit. A big shout-out to the front desk staff from Tianjin, who was incredibly helpful to Chinese guests – thumbs up! My only suggestion would be to add more room directional signs, as the hotel comprises multiple irregular buildings, making it easy to get lost finding your room.

Beyond my imagination! The scenery is beautiful and the location is great. We had no trouble finding parking for our self-driving car. The facilities are very complete, including dishes, cooking utensils, an oven, a washing machine, a dryer, heating, and a bathtub. The only downside is that the bed is too soft.

The space is very big, and the view is exceptionally good. Our room came with underground parking, which was convenient. After parking, all activities in town were within walking distance (those who have trouble with hills might find walking in Queenstown a bit challenging, as there are many slopes). If we get the chance to come back, we would definitely choose this place again.

Clean and hygienic with spacious rooms. Facilities are excellent, and the kitchen area is well-equipped for cooking, including all necessary utensils. The balcony offers a fantastic view. The hotel is conveniently located near Queenstown Mall, just a 5-minute walk away. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The location is just perfect, but parking is a bit tight. Every room faces the lake, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, making it highly recommended for families with children. The price is also quite reasonable.

It's quite clean, and there's a washer and dryer available on the first floor. The room offers a view of the snowy mountains.

I booked this hotel well in advance, but for some reason, they didn't give me the room type I reserved. They told me they were fully booked, which felt like an overbooking situation. They changed my room to one facing the road with two separate beds. Plus, the room directly across from me was under renovation, and there was a noticeable smell, as shown in the picture. My child and I had to squeeze onto one small bed, which was a bit cramped. The room facing the road was really noisy. The air conditioning in this room wasn't good either; it was quite cold all night. Thankfully, Trip.com was very helpful and arranged for me to switch rooms tomorrow, back to my original reservation. The original room type, which was what I initially booked, was much better. The air conditioning was warmer, and the room was more spacious. The location is good, and parking is in an underground garage.
