"Very Very beautiful view from the room and the hotel restaurant(see below pics)!!! Close to the Queenstown city. The room is very tidy and big with some mix up tools for cocktails.
It’s my first time travel alone. I was stressed, nervous and had a few questions to most of things.
The service is soooooo good. Specially I would like to appreciate Kim and the reception staffs for helping me during my stay. Thanks for giving me a wonderful journey with QT Queenstown🥰
I will definitely come back again to QT Queenstown with my parents and friends shortly♥️♥️♥️"
"I won’t recommend it,they couldn’t find my booking under my name so they charged me again. when I told them that I didn’t get the refund, they said they’ll send an email to manager, but they did nothing until I called them and asked. They only took it seriously when I asked their manager’s contact. It took so long to get my refund and I had to pay transaction fees!!
We booked the sauna when we checked in,then the next day we went to the reception, they said they couldn’t find my booking again, and they didn’t even apologise for that,it’s all just ridiculous!"
"A relatively affordable accommodation in Queenstown, about a 10-15 minute walk from the downtown area. The overall accommodation experience and service experience are very good~
We live on the first floor. When we checked in with our children, the front desk staff also gave us a graffiti set ❤️~ The overall space of the room is very large and not crowded. There is also air conditioning and a bathtub. The sound insulation equipment is also very good. The bed is super comfortable and I fell asleep in a second.
If there is a disadvantage, it is that there are not enough parking spaces. If you come back too late, there will be no parking spaces, and you have to look for parking spaces on the roadside. The other thing is that the entrance of the hotel is quite small, and it is easy to miss it when driving😂⋯⋯But these two minor problems do not affect his evaluation in my heart, it is still very good👍"

"I recently stayed at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile, and it was a great experience. The hotel offers modern and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay more enjoyable. The location is perfect with free parking, access to Queenstown is easy."
"The apartment had everything that I needed, from comfy beds, cosy living area with a fireplace, a very good kitchen with oven and dishwasher, to a clean a minimalist looking bathroom. However, the only downside was the parking space. Even after reserving parking space, we could not get one after we went out in the night as groups of tourists from China took up the parking space without reservation. Not trying to be racist, it’s just facts."
"Excellent overall experience in New Zealand Stay!
We had booked a few hotel stays in NZ. It was our favorite one.
Excellent staff service for checking you in and arranging tours! They had given us a free upgrade to Mountain View.
Self laundry for Washing and dying available.
The location is very convenient. What we love the most is their comfort beds! We slept well with it. Can you message me in private what mattress you are using?"
"Environment: The most important thing is the environment. It is right in the center of Queenstown. Open the window and you will see the largest lake.
Facilities: There is a small happy hour living room with many Chinese elements and a wide variety of wines.
Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, but water easily flows out of the bathing area
Service: The young lady who received me in Queenstown on the first day was very enthusiastic."
"The location of this hotel is very good. It is right in the center of the town and you can walk to the most beautiful shore in three minutes. Anyway, it's convenient to go anywhere. The only problem is that you may have to look for parking on the roadside. The hotel room is really big, and the equipment and speakers inside are very good. It's also close to a bar, so it's a bit noisy at night. Everything in the refrigerator is free except alcohol, and there are unlimited refills. For breakfast, it is beautifully prepared on site downstairs. I remember that the big breakfast was about 30 New Zealand dollars. It is worth commenting and worth staying at."
"Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views.
The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent.
When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful.
We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation.
The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park.
The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust."
"There seems to be a new building and an old building, and we stayed in the old building. It felt a little worn, but I think it had the best tableware and facilities. I didn't really understand how to use the TV in the room, but we could only watch one channel.
It's also about a 12-minute walk to the downtown area of the port. It's a convenient location. I was impressed by the smiling young lady at the front desk who tried her best to help us."

Good
WWan WeeIt is clean, quiet and a very nice hostel! Except the room next door was a little loud on my second night of stay. The toilet and bathroom was clean too. Everything is good except hairdryer needs to be change. Would come back! And location is walking distance to the town.
Cchanikarn boontap We were there for 1 night and it was perfect.
The location is very beautiful surrounded by mountains. We would definitely come back!!
DDOY_TXWI recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip while looking for a room with a lake view, easy access to the airport, and proximity to town. Overall, the hotel met my basic expectations, offering both comfort and convenience.
Pros:
- Spotless and well-maintained room.
- Room with two double beds was spacious and perfect for four adults.
- 24-hour reception for assistance at any time.
- Convenient access to public transport, with a bus stop (Bus 1) about an 8-minute walk away.
- Great dining options, including in-room dining and a restaurant with stunning views of the lake.
- Unobstructed, picturesque lake views from rooms on level 4.
- Courtyard with seating areas with beautiful views.
- Swimming pools.
Cons:
- The hotel is located on an uphill slope, which might be inconvenient for some who is not driving.
- No balcony to enjoy the view outdoors in room.
- No microwave in the room.
It offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. The beautiful lake views and great dining options make it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!
CCarl MattiasNice double story apartment with terraces on both levels with amazing views of Queenstown. 10 min walk from central Queenstown. Bit dated but no troubles.Would recommend. Views from apartment
MMary Beatrice JamerlanLyLo’s location is super convenient and ideal for tourists since it’s right in the city center and walking distance to restaurants (like Fergburger) and a bunch of shops 💯 not to mention it’s surrounded by great views 🤩 rooms are clean and services are complete
TTA very beautiful hotel which needs a bit of uphill walk for about 15 mins from the town centre. There're no shops restaurants in the neighbourhood but one can eat at its restaurant or room service. The room itself is very spacious, clean, well equipped and our room overlooks the lake which is great. The pickup point for Milford Sound tour we joined is along the street in front of the hotel (Stanley Street).
I tried the buffet breakfast which is so so with limited choices.
Overall I love this hotel especially the price is great compared with other hotels at the very central location.
MMatthew LimSwiss Belsuites was our favourite accommodation across the 9 accommodations we stayed during our holiday in New Zealand! We absolutely love how spacious the place is. Huge cooking space with a comfortable living room with a large L-shaped sofa made for many nights in to cook our own dinner, which was made even easier with the provision of two dishwashing machines and almost every cooking equipment/cutleries you may need. It is also the only accommodation where we got to enjoy using a smart TV where we could easily use our own subscription accounts (via scanning QR codes) to stream videos during our dinners. The bedroom is also really comfortable and the toilet was very clean as well. We also had our washing machine and dryer, which was really useful as we were in New Zealand for two weeks. The best part of our stay was the view of Lake Wakitipu which we could enjoy from our living room. Was such a great stay that we were so sad to check out at the end. Highly recommended!!
AAnonymous UserA convenient location outside Queenstown, less than 15 minutes drive. Also easy to go to Arrowtown for a half day. We'll-planned bathroom layout with hooks and rails around for bathtowels, clothings.
Ssuper酷酷鴨Stayed here for two days in a row. The location is very good. I chose it because the introduction said there is free parking. Currently, this youth hostel has 3-4 parking spaces in front of the door, first come first served. Otherwise, you need to go to Hamilton Road to find one (which is often full). You need to bring your own shower gel and shampoo, which is not very convenient. Other than that, I can give it a very high score. The youth hostel has cooperation discount codes with some attractions, you can ask the front desk to get them. If you are traveling alone, I still recommend them.
NNelA great experience for a female solo traveler. I
Pros
I shared a female dorm with three other women and had a great time getting to know those coming in and out. The shared bathroom was always clean (cleaned every day).
The communal kitchen is large and well-organised. You can make use of condiments that get left behind. As it was still cold, there are always fires burning both in reception and the common room. It makes the atmosphere very cosy.
The best service I got was from their information desk, which is located in the reception area. As I didn't have a credit card and businesses like Snowbiz in town don't accept cash, I was able to pay for ski passes and rental by making a booking at the service desk (they have a card machine and also accept cash).
Cons
This side of the hostel where my room was located, just experiences a lot of noise, as there are bars down below, despite the sliding door being sound-proof. Not all the reading lamps for each bed work and also need to be fixed. The shower leaked a lot of water, as the glass door doesn't properly close.
Overall though, a great stay and value for money. You do save on accommodation, as QT is an expensive town to visit.
