Been back to this hotel 3 times everytime i’m back to Queenstown, perfect location, great services, most importantly the room is very clean and well maintained. Superb! Very recommended for it’s value 👍🏻

The hotel is clean, the service is good, the location is strategic, and the view of the lake from the room is very beautiful.

The hotel has a great location, which is definitely one of its biggest advantages. However, the room was far too small, and there were only two cups provided. For coffee and other drinks, guests have to go to the communal coffee machine on the floor. Although it offers more choices, this is quite inconvenient. Late check-out also comes with an additional charge, which was disappointing. More importantly, the room cleaning service was very careless. Used cups were neither washed nor replaced, and used small towels were also left unchanged. The overall housekeeping service was simply not up to the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel. Given the price and the hotel’s four-star rating, I expected a much higher level of service. The location is excellent, but the room size, housekeeping, and overall service need significant improvement.

Enjoyed my stay here, room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is in the town centre so super easy to get about. Great views from the room and even better from the rooftop sitting area. Also a great set up downstairs where I did a day of remote work
