The location is close to the airport but a bit far from the city center. The hygiene is good, and the front desk service is excellent. However, there are very few parking spaces, and you can only park in the green-marked areas. The elevator at the entrance to the parking lot was out of order, which made it difficult to carry luggage to the front desk.

This was a truly awful stay. My room wasn't cleaned for three days, and the hotel restaurant was a mess every single day. The only saving grace was the front desk service, which was decent. There's a mall nearby with food options, and it's conveniently within walking distance of the airport.

We stayed here for one night upon touching down at Queenstown in the evening. Hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with a good view of the Remarkables mountain range within sight from our window. There is a cluster of shops and eateries nearby, although they were closed by evening time. Overall, a pleasant stay.
