Overall is good for the room itself. Front desk is very helpful and nice. Except for there is no free parking available. While there is only less than 10 parking lots offer by the hotel where it is always full.

After our flight landed in the evening, we checked into this hotel. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the airport. Service: The front desk lady who checked us in, Katie (not entirely sure of the name), was very kind and patient. She met all our check-in needs. There were also complimentary drinks available in the lobby. Cleanliness: Very good, spotless. Facilities: Toothpaste and toothbrushes were provided. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

To get there, take the Route 1 bus towards Frankton shops from the airport and ride it to the last stop. For Arrowtown, you can take either the Route 1 or Route 3 bus to the Frankton bus interchange, then transfer to Route 2. The whole journey takes about half an hour. It's a great place to stay for the first 1-2 nights when you arrive in Queenstown. Directly opposite the hotel is the library, perfect for a chill rainy day spent quietly reading by the window. The room was clean and compact, very comfortable, and the breakfast was good too.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Queenstown city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with new facilities, a very comfortable bed, and good soundproofing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The overall environment was quiet, and I had a great stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Queenstown next time.

- room is very spacious and clean - free parking very limited. had to pay $15 (per night) for basement parking - view wasn’t impressive. stayed on the second floor, view was blocked by a tree and could mainly see the carpark only - overall a pleasant stay, very cozy room
