GGuest UserWe were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

GGuest UserLovely hostel, ~10 min walk to the centre of the town and it’s a lot of fun because of the stunning view of the lake. I stayed in a 2-bunk bed room for 4 nights with a man… As a girl, I didn’t feel comfortable at all. The guys were fine but I think the hostel should consider same gender policy for this kind of room. Also found it very strange that staff doesn’t give towels when people check-in. They only give when you ask. I went all the way to my room to realise the towel isn’t on my bed and another tenant didn’t even know they provided towels.

GGuest UserIt was a excellent Hotel with good location and excellent lakeview. Its breakfast was very good and services of restaurant were very good. It also had a very large carpark for the free parking for the customer. The overall CP was very high.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well maintained and the reception was very helpful with our situation due to flight cancellation. Especially Silvester from the restaurant, he was very kind to accommodate our needs. We had a pleasant experience and would like to stay again next time.

GGuest UserA very beautiful hotel which needs a bit of uphill walk for about 15 mins from the town centre. There're no shops restaurants in the neighbourhood but one can eat at its restaurant or room service. The room itself is very spacious, clean, well equipped and our room overlooks the lake which is great. The pickup point for Milford Sound tour we joined is along the street in front of the hotel (Stanley Street). I tried the buffet breakfast which is so so with limited choices. Overall I love this hotel especially the price is great compared with other hotels at the very central location.
