DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Queenstown

Great location and great view. The room was very clean and spacious. The only struggle was parking. There is no designated parking space for the hotel. You need to prepared to pay extra dollars or walk up and down the hill.

The location is very good. Can see the mountain directly from the windows. I want a level 4, but they only gave level 3. It is a pity. Need to pay extra for parking. Need to join membership for free WiFi.

The location is very convenient, with beautiful lake and mountain views nearby. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given some warm cookies when checking in. However, parking costs $20 per day and extremely limited free street parking! This should be instructed prior on the booking page. The bathroom was not as expected from the photos. The shower area was not separated from the toilet and only had a shower curtain, so the bathroom floor could easily get wet. I personally prefer a proper enclosed shower area. Other than these, great and quiet two-nightstays.

Amazing hotel. Good service and friendly staff members. Nice king bed and we had an extra sofa bed which is a bonus, it was set-up for free for us as my partner sleep snoring very loudly. The location is great and easy to find. The downgrade was the parking, there was no free parking as we had to pay $20 per 24hr. So we had to spent $60 just for parking, its ridiculous expensive. The hotel should've provide it free parking. But other than that the stayed was amazing. Had a great restaurant by the wharf and the food is amazing and bonus with an amazing views.

Good hotel and provide welcome gift when checked in! Need to have vehicle to access this hotel.

Due to the flight cancellation, we have to stay one more night in Queentown, a very good recommendation. The staff were so nice, and very good breakfast. We had a wonderful night. Near to the airport, only 25mins walking or 8 mins driving. For bus, you have to transfer twice.

Very nice hotel facing the lake. Close to the lake. There is a ferry from Hilton Village jetty to Queenstown. The receptionist is very helpful. Car park has to be paid. Value for money.

Very nice view that can see the lake and town centre at the opposite, friendly staff and the in-room dining was fabulous, I had Salmon & Cauliflower which is sooo good that I re-order on second day!
