WWozhixiangshuijuejueA quiet haven. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; you can't hear any noise even though the runway is right in front of you. The lobby always has travelers hurrying by with their luggage, either just arriving or about to depart. Breakfast is served quite early, perfect for those catching an early flight.

AAnonymous UserNot a great experience for an IHG hotel for the first time. The staffs (except for the manager) were unfriendly and not proactive in their service. There was no smile on their faces when you engage them. Also, for the first time, our hotel card was deactivated because we apparently put too close to our mobile phones or other cards, which made no sense. No amenities are provided unless you request for it and it took them an hour to send a toothbrush up.
Floor is also not cleaned properly. We shifted the table and there was so many crumbs on the floor. Worst experience ever.

GGuest UserGreat location for terminal 5 LHR. Room was great , would have liked more than 1 USB port though.
Fridge was not functioning properly. Otherwise good. Bed very comfortable. Shower was more like a wet room as the door opened outwards and floor got wet.
The whole atmosphere of the hotel was 6 star. The food in the bar was very good. We would stay here again.

BBaz99Great location right in the centre of Heathrow Airport. The rooms were clean and well equipped and very quiet considering the hotel was surrounded by aircraft. The staff were polite and efficient, but not overly friendly. But the restaurant staff were very good and the breakfast buffet was exceptional!

The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. I would also highly recommend it to friends and family.

GGuest User8-10min Walk via the walk way from Terminal 4.... Go to the the departure (top) level then find the covered walkway to various hotels... it is at the side/end of the Terminal 4... very poorly signed inside the airport, but ask for directions... If you arrive at Terminals 2, 3 or 5 you can get to Terminal 4 via the free underground service. It will save you lots on taxis. Hope this helps

GGuest UserLocation is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street.
The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious , modernised and eye catching decorations.
I booked for the cheapest a small single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy to browse and watch )and free WiFi .
There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs .
There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees.
The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come.
All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .

GGuest UserExcellent location for transit passengers, right inside the terminal. The room was comfortable and the bed was great. The only downside was the bathroom – it had a wet and dry separation design but no shower curtain, so the floor would get wet and puddle after a shower.

YYuchen LHotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.

TT.DublinLadies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.
