The hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, though there was some noise. The breakfast was good, especially Mr. Vasimin, who speaks Chinese and was very enthusiastic.

Great location! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but well-maintained. The breakfast here is quite good for London, even though it's typical English breakfast fare, it's much better than other places. Recommended!

The hotel is ideally located for exploring the city. As we were traveling by car, we wanted to avoid the city's congestion charge zone. The rooms were okay, perhaps a bit small. The breakfast organization could definitely use some improvement; we had to wait quite a while to be seated. The selection, however, is what you'd expect from a 4-star establishment.

The transportation was very convenient, and the service throughout was excellent. When checking in, there was a guy who kept trying to interrupt and ask the front desk staff questions. The receptionist firmly said, "I have a guest here, please wait a moment. I need to finish with my current guest." Thumbs up to her! The luggage storage was also very convenient, right off the elevator.
