Rosewood London

The room is very spacious and clean, and the service is excellent! The a la carte breakfast is a nice touch! The location is great for getting around and dining out, both very convenient! It's very close to the subway station and not too far from the British Museum!

This hotel has a great location, but I think there are many better luxury hotels in London. The service and basic hospitality were far below expectations; the room was beautiful, but lacked any real inspiration. The book on the table was incredibly boring: no originality or anything thought-provoking. On my floor, they were filming a TV show, which was very disruptive (a real nuisance), but they made no effort to control the situation or notify guests in advance. After dinner, I returned to find strange items in my room; a mistake, but it took a long time to resolve. The restaurant food was delicious, but the wait was incredibly long. Service in the café was very inconsistent, and many of the servers were surprisingly slow (and for eight pounds for a coffee, I think they could at least give you a small biscuit or ask if you’d like a glass of water). I feel that if you're going to spend a lot of money in London, you can really choose a much better hotel. I hope this hotel can improve!

The bedding was really comfortable. For a basic room, I couldn't ask for more.

Considering London prices, this hotel was quite reasonable. The location is excellent, and the room was quiet and spacious. Breakfast is à la carte; the taste was decent, but the options were a bit limited.

Great service! They upgraded our room when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the location is fantastic for getting to Soho and other areas. The turndown service was a thoughtful touch. The facilities are a bit old but fully functional. The only downside is the lack of a refrigerator.

The room layout was lovely, and there was a welcome gift. The hexagonal sink was beautifully vintage. 😻 The front desk service was excellent, making us feel right at home! The hotel is a converted old bank, which made for some beautiful photos!

The location is in the heart of central London. The lobby was a bit crowded with many staff, but overall it felt luxurious and clean. The Holborn restaurant inside the hotel was also good. My only slight disappointment was that the executive king room didn't have a bathtub. The bed was large and comfortable.

The hygiene, ambiance, and service were all great. They even gave out chocolate cake as a gift during the Spring Festival. However, the facilities could be improved. The toilet was a bit small, and it was rare to find both a bathtub and a shower, which felt cramped. The lighting design could also be better (though this might be a premium expectation for this class of hotel). The biggest drawback, though, is the lack of a gym, which makes it unsuitable for long stays.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, making transportation very convenient. The room was comfortable, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!
